  For the last few days (I think), when we create a new folio, its thumbnail appears more at the top left of the application of the content on the iPad by default viewer.   There is a bug in the Active Viewer that causes all new folios to appear under sheets published, so you need to scroll down for now in the library until what the bug is fixed in version v26 (last week of April).

• Why am I not able to share the new folio files?

  I was able to share files of folio fine. Then last week, the slips were download not to the people, I shared with. The only unusual thing I'm done my files for the retina, but my full folio is only about 100 MB. This seems to have started just after the recent tools folio updated in June. any help would be greatly appreciated as I work for a very important client.

  Create a new folio with the same files but do it in 1024 x 768 and let us know if it works.

  BTW, are the 2048 x 1536 files? Who has not recommended... use 1024 x 768 and the value of the folio 2048 x 1536.

  first of all a new folio you post of DPS, the folio will not appear in the App Store, but in the library of the application.

  If this is not the case:

  1 make sure that you have published the folio under the same account that you used to create the Viewer.

  2 - Make sure that you have used a product ID unique for this folio

  3. If the Notify button does not work, note that this feature is available for viewers of enabled notification

• Content Viewer showing Android is no longer "renditions" of phone?

  We have made no changes to our naming conventions, but noticed that on Android phones, content viewer load only the rendering of the Tablet (1024 x 768) of our pub.  This didn't use to be the case, it will display all the renditions which was very good, we used it only for proofing.  The application itself has made set for mobile and tablet, it's just not, we are missing versions of phone for proofing.

  We have not eliminated any changes to the "renditions" in the observer of Android. You were not working through some problems of rendering with the Windows viewer recently? What you see in the Adobe Content Viewer is the correct behavior: only available formats are displayed.

  If you have seen more than one in the past, it was because your "renditions" are not configured correctly, just as you saw in the Viewer Windows. You probably did not notice this in your production application like you have forced specific rendering through App Builder selection (which is an advanced feature and are not normally needed).

  I am running iTunes on Mac OS X 10.11.5 12.4.0.119

  If I find my music or movies in the iTunes menu, I see them as covers / movie posters, in iTunes drop-down display-> show in the menu, I have an option "grid."
