  Open a support case and turned out that the POS password user (a user defined in the domain of the @vsphere.local) that was used to access the vCenter has expired. Apparently, there's a bug in vCenter for some versions that makes them expire in 65 days.

This is probably a simple solution, but I don't know how I could reproduce it in my lab and I don't want to mess with the customer's production environment.   I don't think that it is possible to set the framerate on a clip using XMP metadata project and first noticing the change. I am successfully able to change the startTimecode, altTimecode and other values, but if I put the XMP value or project metadata, there is no change in framerate.

  It seems that for a period indeterminate media Timebase will replace all attempts to set the framerate, even if the correct and desired information are in the XMP output and the metadata project out after importation.

  I test this by setting the Timebase of media for an indefinite period to 59,97 fps and import a clip with no metadata on it.

  Once this process is complete, waiting for the event loop complete the import and then try to set the framerate to 23.976 both XMP and metadata to the project. It does not change. However, all other values will not change.

My computer is running VERY slowly, lagging behind, or even on an occasional basis freezes and stops when I'm on the net. Computer function uses only the net works fine until a program I use try to use Windows Explorer. Is there a difference between Explorer Windows and Internet Exporer and is there a way to check this, other than the usual scans. I have McAfee and AVG, as well as malicious software running on a schedule and they are still running in the background, constantly analyzes the sites.

  AVG anti virus is definitely not bad. As others have said, there are 'better' anti anti-virus there applications (not Norton or McAfee).

  Of course, if you use Windows 8 then unnecessary AVG that you already have Windows Defender. It is also an anti virus / anti-Malware application.

  AVG can be easily uninstalled via the screen of programs and features in Control Panel. Just look for the AVG entry in the list programs, click on it and it should start to uninstall.
