    Hey Sparky9404

    You can try a system restore and a layout of a disc repair service

    1st thing to try is a restoration of the system in safe mode

    http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm

    Windows Vista

    Using the F8 method:

    1. Restart your computer.
    2. When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap theF8 key repeatedly until you are presented with theBoot Options Advanced Windows Vista.

  • Windows Vista does not start, turns to a blue screen error 2203

    original title: Windows Vista does not start, turns to a blue screen HELP PLEASE!

    Help, please! So I'm panicking here, just yesterday, I tried to download the update to Itunes, and it did not work. So I followed the instructions and uninstalled the program first, but one of the applications does not uninstall correctly. I thought I could just substitute with the update and replace. The error code was 2203.

    So I thought it was right after the download all itunes thing, and when I came back to check on the download, the screen turned to this black thing with words on this subject. I decided to force closing down by pressing the power button. Now everytime I turn on the computer, it leads to the screen saying 'windows is loading files', then this blue screen with a very large arrow (the mouse). I tried pressing the F11 key and stuff, but I have no idea what to do. PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, REALLY NEED A COMPUTER!

    "I tried to do the second option, because the first really helped."

    Something works, or it doesn't work regarding: "really helped."

    Vista recovery media obtain and/or use the Partition Recovery Vista on your computer to the factory settings .

    There is no Vista free download legal available.

    Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

    Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.
    See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.
    Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...
    Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Also ask them if it is possible to do the recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

    They will tell you how to do this.

    Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

  • By pressing the home button does not take me to the home screen of iOS 9.3.3

    I have recenly updated upgraded to iOS 9.3.3 and I noticed that pressing the home button does not take me to the home screen. The only way to get there is by using the creature of multitasking. (double pressing the home button) Also, some applications seem to freeze if turn my phone off and then turn it back on, or when I access it via the multitasking function. Can someone please help?

    Try a forced reboot. Hold down the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons at the same time for about 15 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. You won't lose anything.

    If a force restart does not help, try a system restore. First save your device via iTunes. Also import your photos on your computer and copy all the important data. Reconstruction of the support first test and test. If this does not help, you may need to restore as a new and reconfigure from scratch as the backup may be damaged. It is important to have your photos and your saved data separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a restoration:

After having made changes indicated in the attached document, please check all the dialogues/panels affected to confirm that everything is working as expected. »

    Thank you

    This problem has been resolved by renaming current Martin of the Volume of work. The reason to get the "file not found" error in the case of Martin is because there is a folder inside the current workload that has the same name as the Volume itself (the name of the "system" folder. Please refer to the screenshot above).

    @cabolivar, can you please check if you have any folder in your root folder which has the same name as the name of current workload? If it's confusing, please post a screenshot as Martin. Try out us and solve it for you.

  • Dell Inspiron 1501 won't charge in front of the Welcome screen to Windows using Vista Home Basic Edition

    I just restored back to factory settings and it was working fine until I loaded Windows live messenger, Microsoft Security Essentials and Sony Picture Utility. After that he stopped begin again, so it can be used only in safe mode. I downloaded all the drivers and updates available on the dell site. Any suggestions welcome please!

    If you did a restore to the factory settings and you still have problems, there may be another problem that caused the problem in the 1st place.

    Uninstall programs > reload one at a time > find the problem.

    And look to see if a trial anti-virus came with the Dell recovery process.
    You must have AN antivirus installed; otherwise it may CRASH.

    For Startup Repair Help, make a record of Startup Repair:

    Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

  • Unable to start before the Welcome screen - error Code: 0 x 00000050

    original title: can not go beyond the Welcome screen, or the safe mode works - Vista

    About 2 days ago I received the 'blue screen of death '. I tried to connect to the main user account, but the screen would not go further than the Welcome screen. I then tried to open a session through safe mode, but that no longer works. After a few tries to connect to my user account, I tried to log in through the guest account, which has worked. The guest account has worked as it should, I was also able to use the internet. After that I tried to connect it to my main account again, but it still does not work. If anyone can help me with this, ID really appreciate it!

    Here's what I got on the blue screen of death:

    STOP: 0 X 00000050 (0XC084A5F1, 0X00000000, 0X00000000, 0X826C1498)

    Data collection for the crashdump...

    initialization of the disk for the crashdump...

    Dump start for the physical memory to disk: 100

    Total physical memory dump.

    If this does not resolve the problem: Please reinstall your copy of windows vista completely

    Depending on the symptoms, it is very likely that this problem is caused by a conflict with third-party drivers or services. If you have a back up of all your data, please reinstall the operating system. A new installation of Windows Vista is always an effective way to solve such a problem. After formatting the hard drive and reinstall Windows Vista, we will obtain a new installation of Windows Vista. It is more stable than the current system.

    I look forward to your reply

  • Satellite A200 - Vista does not and only the mouse works

    I have problem with Windows Vista SP1 on A200 (PSAE6E).

    After the recovery of the DVD attached to computer system Vista laptop and running other programs sometimes not respond. Hard drive also stop working. One job of the mouse and the cursor moves on the screen, nothing else. ALT + CTRL + delete not work too only solution is hard power off by pressing and hold the switch.

    Before recovering the system everything works fine. I noticed this Vista product key does not match that of the sticker. I have not changed key and no one else do not have access to my laptop, hard drive that is encrypted by TruceCryp.
    There is no viruses or Trojans in the system (verified by Avira free antivirus and HijackThis), all updates are installed, only one material error with I noticed his first bad block on the hard disk.

    Hello!

    Have you tried an external keyboard on the laptop? Maybe the internal keyboard is not working properly and so you can not use CTRL + ALT + DELETE.
    The laptop is not completely freeze because you can move the cursor.
    In addition, what programs have you installed on your laptop? Maybe these software applications cause this problem.

    Furthermore, you reinstall Vista using the Toshiba Recovery disk or the disk of Microsoft? Because you have questions about the product key on the underside of the laptop and this key belongs to the preinstalled version of Vista. It's an OEM key and you can't use it with a disc of Microsoft.

    > only material error with I noticed his first bad block on the hard disk.
    I think you should swap the HARD drive as soon as possible. Back up your data immediately.
    And this is perhaps the reason for the problem... Who knows?  :|

    Hello

    I have a Satellite L30-105 (PSL33E) with windows Vista. Windows Vista does not recognize the DVD - ram. BIOS recognize DVD-ram. I tried to download the drivers for the DVD-ram, but they are not on the side of Toshiba.

    Who can help me to get the right driver or learn more? Problems with the carpet * a DVD-ram uj-850 s ATA device and windows Vista.

    Hello

    The CD/DVD drive needs no special drivers!
    Vista includes a Microsoft driver that works with all CURIOUS s (CD/DVD drives)

    Simply said, the Vista should recognize the drive without any problems.

    A few questions; did you get any error messages? What is the status of Device Manager? Do you see yellow exclamation points?

    There is an old way to correct a similar drive problem. It worked on XP then try it on Vista OS.
    It of necessary to update the registry entry
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\ {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

    1. click on the start menu.
    2. If it is a Vista machine in the search box type regedit without quotes.
    3. look for the registry key mentioned above.
    4. in the right panel you'll see something along the lines of UpperFilter and UpperFilter you want to click on each key filter and tap on delete. Click Yes when asked to confirm if you want to delete the key.
    5. restart Windows.
