  I actually had this problem for a long time, but I'm just now to a point where I'm ready to take a lead in fixing it.

  I can't identify when it started, but Windows Vista does not start upward, with success of a full stop.   You absolutely don't want to have only one user account.   Here's a tip for the user on the problems of Wi - Fi. Suggest from the top and bottom. Maybe one of them will help you.

  (1) restart you device.

  (2) resetting the network settings: settings > general > reset > reset network settings. Join the network again.
