  This toolbar is common to Dell systems, called a Delldock, it is not part of Vista, but rather is installed by the manufacturer. Other manufacturers, such as HP, have similar tools.   In Firefox 4 Home button will have been moved to the right side of the navigation bar.

  By default the Stop, Go and Reload (Refresh) buttons are combined and attached on the right edge of the address bar.

  It's really frustrating.

  First thing, I looked for. The "Share With" was not there either. Abandoned and went the long way on this subject for that to be resolved more quickly.

  A disk image backup, re-installed Windows 7 and found the ntshrui.dll keys in the registry and it has exported to my office. Restore the disk image and import the key in my registry.
  All back to normal now. Tab share is present. Problem solved.
