However, when I got my 600 d I got (always do this but do not use) a flash of Luxon (think it's a 9800) since the 80s or 90s purchased for the Fuji (which was my camera). I put it on 600 d to try it, but it doesn't have flash, so it was ranked. The Luxon works also on the HS20 and the Pentax K - m (now sold) I had before, I bought 600 d. After reading the responses on the forum of Canon USA, I wonder if I have fried the circuit of the claw on the 600 d. The built-in flash works perfectly, but the Yongnuo goes off by itself and then hangs when it is placed on the 600 d and won't work at all. Remove it and thaws it himself. If the Yongnuo touch a metal part of the claw for example the upper part of the metal rail sliding inside flash fires also himself. I am puzzled by the present and can only assume put the Luxon on 600 d and pressing the shutter button fried the pop up flash on 600 d works perfectly.
