This message fills the log, do not allow other events can be displayed.

The vmnic7 don't link not because in the virtual connection profile no network no assigned this interface.

The problem with the message is resolved when I enable and disable in the virtual connection of the blade profile any network has this interface...

However, when the server is reset, the problem with the message reappears.

I didn't found any solution to this problem by searching google or VMware Kb.

Please, if anyone has had this same problem, could share how to fix.

Thank you.

Have experienced a similar problem with HP BL495c G6 using the bnx2x driver.  There seems to be a problem with the driver for RedHat source that gets turned into an ESX driver and while this is just a problem of registration of cosmetics, it makes your newspapers pretty useless ESX.

If you install the last pilot beam, it solves the problem (for example, http://downloads.vmware.com/d/details/dt_esxi40_broadcom_bcm57xxx_16211v401/ZHcqYnR0JWRiZCpwcA for ESX 4.0).  Go to the HP Support site to ensure that you get the right package driver for your server, I don't have on the link above to the support page for a G6 BL495 G1 BL460 you have, even though I'm assuming that updated drivers should be available for your server too.

    I see this on the two hosts vmkernel journal...

    should I be worried. "This isn't necesserely showing error but:" device qualifier 0 x 1 not supported "gets my attention.

    If you have NOT of LUNS assigned as Lun0 then you will get this error.   So always start with LUN Lun0 aka: Lun0 - first record entrust you, Lun1 - second disc etc.  You have not neccessarly to reallocate your currently lun, you could create a new lun and presenting it as Lun 0.     So try that if you are able to create a new Lun.   Otherwise if you have existing virtual machines running on the current Lun5 you would have to stop them, being cancelled at them in inventory, change the Monday from 5 to 0 and then re-record their I think.    Also, make sure that you do not jump also any number of LUNs... aka go Lun0, Lun1 and Lun2 Lun3 etc.

    For the record, its been properly built and refined with the usual things like disabling delayedack etc... all devices running recent drivers firmware and vmware for network adapters are later also.

    Have implemented distributed switches and the host's install on them and everything seems to work fine (had a few vm test well in this test domain controller we have for this new vds configuration), but I was wondering what this message is all about it seems to be something in the vsphere client or the web client of vsphere - to its subject nor google brings anything in this who does either unfortunately.

    See you soon.

    Just to update this but found the reason why I think.

    I think that its down to activate the failover for the four health check VDS I configured but not having only one host that are attached to them.

    Disabling the audit removed error if her stockings for this control that displays the message and indeed the reason.

    Hope that helps others looking for this specific message

    You have probably the old sdk installed and blackberry-signatory 0.9.1 is old.  Make sure that you run blackberry-signatory of the 0.9.3 sdk instead.  If you type blackberry-sign-help and she displays an option - csipin instead of option - csjpin, you are using the wrong, people old blackberry-signer.

    I have a computer that is running a legal copy of Win 7 Pro and I installed a new hard drive and reinstalled the software.  now, I get the message that it is illegal copy but that is not possible.  How to fix?

    It TURNS out that Microsoft has helped me and I am fixed.  A fellow in India (who has been very helpful) could not help me, but put me through a young woman in Manila, and she was very helpful.  My computer is now fixed and I'm happy that I don't have to lose all the programs and files that I had already entered on it.  There were updates about 75 until this problem came as well.  Don't have to go through all that again.  Also thank you george1009.

    You cannot use COMMIT_FORM in change after release. Because after change only accept a non restricted procedure. and validation is not.
    Try this

    any idea what could cause this problem? or how to fix it?

    Important that I moved a Windows 2012 VM without ESXi server to the problem and messages LSI_SAS and disc problems began to appear

    Thanks a lot guys

    Hello

    I do not understand the LSI SAS and mptscsi messages are coming inside the guests who are having a controller LSI. I agree to a point that the vmhba0 of LSI in the server maybe nothing to do with errors inside the guests because you do not have virtual machines in the local data store but CF.

    So, let's take a look at the usual suspects:

    1. as Memmad has pointed out, in the vmkernel journal, we can see if the FC lun is seen no problem and is reported.

    2 the ESX does very slowly during the execution of commands like esxcfg-scsidevs - m or esxcfg-rescan vmhbaX [X your CF Adapter]

    3 - is the lun configured for multi path in the face of questions, CF once again, it can be newspapers vmkernel. ?

    4. I'm sure that the paging file will be generated when the FC lun, but they have a check if the last file to update the directory of the virtual machine swap at the present time. This is to eliminate any delay in the swap file in writing of the customer due to CF issues.

    5. There was questions previous similar to yours as VM lose pings, decline in performance, but they were in iscsi and 4.1 KB here

    It seems that the guests are abandoned or their scsi reset commands that seems to be the issue here.

  • SAN access to VMFS volume snapshot

    So here's the deal.  I have a Compellent SAN can I take replays (snapshots) of the volume.  I spun this VMFS volume and tried to attach it to an ESX Server.  The problem is that ESX server does not see anything on the volume even if it is indeed a VMFS volume.  My guess - there is something on the volume as a GUID or something that the VMFS volume snapshot matches the orginial and forces him not not to be recognized.

    Any thoughts on how to pull this off?  There are a couple of VMDK files on this shot I have to take out of it.

    Thank you

    Richard

    Hi Richard, you are right. The host is detect it as a snapshot so it won't be installed because it would have the same UUID as a volume already mounted (you will see a message to that effect in the vmkernel journal). To work around this problem, go to advanced-> LVM-> and the value of LVM. EnableResignature = 1 and LVM. DisallowSnapshotLun = 0. And then perform a new analysis. The LUN should get mounted as a data store named "snap - 0000001 - < datastore_name >" or something similar. Be sure to change the settings advanced to LVM. EnableResignature = 0 and LVM. DisallowSnapshotLun = 1 after seeing the snapshot data store appear just to be sure. Hope that helps!

    We are confident that the bundling rules are correct.  Automated reviews are actually get generated in the value member [eliminated].

    However, for each parent, details of all activities below that parent appear even if the balances are already eliminated by this entity. One would expect the log should be created ONLY to the parent in which the disposal occurs, not all parents above as well.

    Is - it so the automated consolidation newspapers are supposed to work in HFM?   Or does add a refinement to our rule so that the details of the journal fills only the appropriate parent?

    All of these entries appear in a top-level parent, for example, well above the parent where took place the real eliimination (and this happens to all parents on the channel from the one where the elim occurs):

    Here's our elimination rule:

    If (StrComp (ICP, "[ICP None]", vbTextCompare in) = 0) then

    CanEliminate = FALSE

    ElseIf (HS. Account.IsICP (Account) = FALSE) then

    CanEliminate = FALSE

    ElseIf (HS. Node.ISDESCENDANT (HS. PARENT. (Member, ICP,' ') == FALSE)

    CanEliminate = FALSE

    ElseIf (HS. Account.PlugAcct (Account) = "") then

    CanEliminate = FALSE

    End If

    HS = strPlug. Account.PlugAcct (strAccount)

    If CanEliminate then

    HS = dPCon. Node.PCon("")

    Dial the HS. Con ("V #[disposal].") (C4 #Elim',-1 * dPCon, "ELIM")

    Dial the HS. Con ("V #[disposal].") ("C4 #Elim.A #" & strPlug, dPCon, "ELIM")

    END IF

    Thank you

    Mark

    Hello. Because you use the C4 #Elim to separate eliminations, you must update the inter-company data so that it does not eliminate the next time.

  • SVN console log is missing

    Hello

    Data Modeler 4.0.3

    SVN 1.7

    The SVN console log tab is missing (following the closure by clicking the X?). I want to restore this window. How can I do this?  I can't find a menu option for this.

    Best regards

    Joop

    Hi Joop,

    you have to go in "preferences > Versioning > Subversion > General ' page and check"Show Log messages in the SVN console. Then each operation of SVN will appear in the console.

    SVN console appears in the journal general (message log) - window if you need to make it visible through "view > Journal.
