  • Stuck the message for voicemail notification

While trying to remove a voice message, I got the dreaded message "too many cards" and my phone rebooted on its own. (The mail was the only other thing open.) Now, every time I restart the phone (several times a day to combat the softness), I get a notification of a new voice message, but it is not a. I tried to remove that disappeared and no other who came. When I open the phone card, I also see a small "1" on the voicemail button.

This happened to someone else, and if so, how did you stop?

While in the phone app (map) go to preferences - highlight the button and press the 'Reset voicemail count', close the application and restart the phone...

    * I accidentally posted this in the 8900 forum.  I hope it's okay to post here, which is where it belongs, I think.

    Hey,

I remember I read a KB on this problem and work around should leave you a voice message, then listen, this may result in the cancellation of notification of voicemail on your BB.

Otherwise, simply reset your device (traction battery out so that the phone is always turn on and reinsert the battery)

  • BlackBerry Smartphone Voicemail icon won't go

When a voice message is left, the voicemail icon on my device. However, once I heard the message, the icon will not disappear. I tried to take out the battery, change the themes and various other solutions that were suggested on this forum, but nothing seems to work. My telecom provider has sent a "fix" that gets rid of the icon, but whenever I get a voice message, the problem reoccur. They offer I hang up the handset, but I really don't want the hassle of putting in place a new phone if anyone knows a solution. Thank you.

Must be a process that I tried and it worked:

    1. call your mobile phone to any other phone and leave a message.

    2. allow your device to recognize who is has another message until the voice message counter back a number.

    3. sign in to your voicemail from your cell phone and listen to the message.

    4. remove this message.

    5. press on the * key on your device to return to the previous menu or main (* on Verizon system, regardless of the key, it's for your operator).

This process worked for me the other day.

  • New message notifications does not disappear automatically

    Hello, everyone.

I've had Skype for about two years now. Since I got it, it was convenient that the new message notification seems to go away when I look at the Skype window.

Well, this is more the case.

The new message notice persists, but it isn't permanent, fortunately. It goes away after I have send a new message to the group, or until I manually "mark as read".

It's not a big deal, but it is rather annoying that it does not have its own more. I already tried to restart Skype and that does not seem to solve the problem.

    Suggestions?

  • canceled the document because it would print now, he won't disappear so I print another document

I have an officejet J4680 all-in-one of wireless and home to cancel a document of mapquest, because he was taking to long and now it won't go away so I can print other documents

    Hello

    Try the following.

In Control Panel, open administrative tools and select abuse.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

    Kind regards

  • Voicemail notification stays

My voicemail icon does not go far. I'm not looking the fourms but the only answer I found was on factory reset the phone, but I don't want to do this and I was wondering if there was any other way, that I could get rid of him. Thanks in advance

    • You can call your phone from another.
    • Leave a message.
    • Pick up your voicemail from your mobile phone.
    • Listen to your message.
    • Delete the message.
    • One moment.

The message counter must be reset.

There is a network problem, not a problem specific to the phone.

  • How can I delete messages from PC issues notifications if they disappear once the problem is resolved?

In the icons hidden in the lower right side of the screen, I have an icon of PC problems. It tells me to insert a CD/DVD to finish a backup.  Backup files that I completed earlier where full and saved and done, but I can't get the message of the icon. There are a total of two questions showing there, but when I check my status of these two questions, what they are up to date and working correctly I just can't erase old notifications

  • Voicemail Notification turns off upon delivery to Exchange mailbox store

    Problem:

When a message is left for a specific extension of the end users, the message light turns on and stays on only until it is delivered to the mailbox of e-mail subscribers.

This is what happens when I took the phone and message:

1: call the extension and leave voice message

2: message waiting lights and 1 missed call new message appears at the bottom of the screen (not yet in the mailbox of the end-user)

3: immediately upon delivery in the mailbox to the end users the message waiting light only turns off even if it's in the main Inbox folder and the message is still marked as unread

4: Press the messages button and enter the password for voicemail on the 7940 to retrieve all messages and not new messages and any saved messages are indicated.

I checked the profile of voicemail in unity and even deleted and recreated the profile. The problem remains. The appropriate email for end users mailbox seems to properly associate the correct extension to Subscriber. Looks like a setting in the account of end users Email/Outlook, but I was not able to find anything.

    Any ideas?

    Information systems:

    Phone: Cisco 7940

    Cisco CallManager system Version: 4.1 (3) sr3a

    Cisco Unity 4.0 Build 4.0 (4) SR 1

    Exchange Server: Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition - V5.2 (Build 3790.srv03_sp1_rtm.050324 - 1447: Service Pack 1)

    Exchange: Exchange 2003 Enterprise - V6.5 Build 7226.6: Service Pack 1

Outlook client: (11.6359.6408) Service Pack 1.

It seems that the user uses POP to access their mail. When a POP client accesses the e-mail, the server gets the message as read even if it has never been opened. One option is to define the customer leave a copy of message on the server, in which case the message will be accessible via the phone as a recorded message. The downside is that the MWI will be always off because discussed the message as read. A better option is to configure the client to be a customer of Exchange rather than pop.

I hope this helps. If so, please indicate the position.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones BBM and pending notifications won't go

Just realized the other day, you can make a group of BBM and send a message to several people.  So, I tried it.

I sent a request for 2 people to join.  We agreed without problem...  For the second person, their application does not seem to pass, so I sent him several times.  But they joined & then deleted, because test ended.

At the time where we did test, got all sorted. Delete the group etc... I guess because for 1 people I send demand several times thinking that he was not going through I now have "pending of" sitting down area BBM & ne can't get rid of the notification pending (waiting for waiting them to join).  They joined once. Deleted.  & they no longer need to show to their end, to join.

I can't get rid of him waiting.  Any idea on how to do it?

    TIA

OK, so I had to delete the contact. delete the person on the assiotaion for the chat group.  Delete nobody.

Once it was ONLY ALL removed... the stuck 'pending (awaiting authorization)' beyond went.  Definitely a problem there with those pending notifications.  There should be a way to end the waiting in the case where you don't want to watch more

  • Smartphones blackBerry Voicemail notification

New to BB.  My old Motorola would periodically be "beep" after a virtual machine has been left.  The tone continued until I hit a button.  Ideal for when you left your phone alone for a while, and on his return get an audio reminder you have VM.  After a lot of technical support calls it seems that the Pearl is capable of is a time audio notification of computer virtual.  If you're not the phone when this happens again, you're out of luck.  I know there is an icon on the screen that shows the VM, but when you are envolved in other activities, it is nice to have the phone tap you on the shoulder.  Hard to believe that my old Motorola out-has my new Pearl.  Am I missing something?

You may need to get a third party application for alerts (such as BlackBerry alerts) for continuous alerts for messages and phone calls / voice.
