VPN in server 2008 r2

I have a problem with Server 2008 r2, I try to vpn on Server 2008 r2 server but do not receive the correct IP address.

This is the error message I get.

The DHCP/BINL on the local machine, belonging to the Windows administrative domain honourway.local, service has determined that it is not allowed to start.  He has stopped responding to customers.  Here are a few possible reasons for this:

This machine belongs to a directory service enterprise and is not allowed in the same field.

This machine cannot reach its directory service company and he met another DHCP service on the network belonging to a directory service enterprise on which the local computer is not allowed.

Thanks in advance

Jim

  • Random L2TP connection problem for server 2008 R2

I had a strange problem with a L2TP VPN connection to a Server 2008 R2.  Some systems on some networks can not connect successfully.  Nothing is recorded on the Server 2008 R2 box.  I see traffic from our firewall to the box, but it does not complete the configuration of the tunnel.

For example, I have a laptop that I can't connect from my home, but can from other locations.  I have a second laptop that connect to my house without any problem.  I saw this question on at least 5 computers.  Until I can fix this, I have to keep my Server 2003 running VPN so that users have a back fall VPN to connect to.

Hello. I am trying to create an area of origin. I know I have to use more computers in the domain, but this is not the point. I was wondering if someone could help me find a driver for Server 2008 network for my computer (or someone could build one but I heard that takes a lot of effort). The original network driver has become unknown when I installed the operating system. I am also aware that I should use a newer computer for this but I can't afford to buy one now and I can't seem too creating a on a virtual machine. Also, I searched all over the internet and there are drivers for my computer, but not for the operating system I. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Your OS windows seems not to be the Windows which was preinstalled on your Portege

Is there any other driver to install?
    ANYTHINK to set up?

    Best regards

    Hello

As far as I know, Toshiba offers a few drivers are included in the recovery image and it is unclear to me that there are different drivers LAN for the specific model of laptop.
All these drivers are available if someone wants to install a clean version of the operating system and do not want to use the factory settings.

Have you created your own ghost image to SP U400 with all the necessary applications for the company's employees?

  • WLAN on Satellite L505-10Z PSLS3E with Windows Server 2008

I have Toshiba Satellite L505 - 10Z PSLS3E on Windows Server 2008 and to install the WiFi driver but can't find the right installation files and I downloaded the Vista driver installation and the driver may be installed on the right but when I try to connect to wireless networks, I have * NO * CAN find any available networks despite many networks on my area.

    What can I do?

EH it's always difficult to find drivers for unsupported operating systems.
Your Satellite L505-10Z network card wireless Realtek 802.11 g (RTL8187B) inside, then you can try to search for the driver on the manufacturer's support page.

  • Satellite L650D - need drivers for Win server 2008

    Laptop model: Satellite L650D-PSK1SA-03E014

before that I installed win7 32 bit OS.

Now I want to change to 64-bit, but he says still no startup disk after the completion of copy and restart.
I use the recovery disk that I burned after that I bought and used the System Restore Wizard.

So I decide to install win Server 2008 r2 64-bit, installation is successful, but some hardware drivers can be find and install from the Web site.
(I use win7 64-bit drivers, I read online, a guy said that it works on his laptop, but do not know why it does not work for me.)

should I take the laptop to the support center and ask them to install the drivers for me?
I'm not sure that this service is covered by the warranty or not.

Or I can ask them to install win7 64 bit OS for me?

Does anyone have the link to the drivers for win Server 2008 r2 64-bit?
    Thank you very much!

As much as I know Win server 2008 is not supported by Toshiba, so you will not be able to find the drivers for it. Toshiba offers support for OS preinstalled only and possibly an upgrade if your laptop model is supported for the new OS.
Warranty has nothing to with Win server 2008 so I think that guys will not be helpful for you. What they can do is to check if the original recovery image can be installed or not. If this is not the case, there may be a hardware problem.

  • Use of guaranteed Toshiba HDD 200 on Server 2008 x 64

    Hello
    I have this problem.
I got HDD 200 and I would use it on Windows Server 2008 x 64.

System to recognize the unit outside but software fingerprint is unable to rum. I think that there are no drivers signed for this operating system.
I looked on the technical reference and there is no information on the supported operating system.

Is thare any software updated to do this drive running on Windows server 2008 x 64?

    Greetings to all,
    Stefano

I also think drivers can be problematic.
Toshiba doesn't generally support these operating systems and you will not be able to find any drivers for server operating system.

Have you tried to use a similar product, but other manufacturers?
