want to sleekbook 41115dx: touchscreen not working not

my touch screen doesn't work anymore.  don't know if due to the 8.1 update.  When I went through 10 hours online and HP diagnostics download driver included, computer does still no pen and touch detected on this computer.

tried recovery to earlier point in time. all advice appreciated...

I understand that your touch screen is unresponsive and you aren't sure if a Windows 8.1 update caused the problem.  You have been through 10 hours of online help and diagnostics of HP, but have not been able to solve the problem.

You tried to do a restore, but that did not help.

If the problem is still not resolved, you could do a recovery in factory
