  I use the "export to spreadsheet waves" vi to save the data of an LVDT in a csv file. However, when I use this vi, my csv contains two columns. One is the time stamp and the other is the: value LVDT.

  I would like the first column contains the time (in seconds since the beginning of the collection of data NOT as a timestamp) and the second column should be the value of the LVDT.

  It would also be good to be able to write the date of the acqusiition given to the first line of the spreadsheet. However, I could just write a code that gives the csv a title containing the date.

  Can someone give me some ideas on how to do this?

  I use 'Export waveforms for spreadsheet File.vi' in order to export the labview data into a file.

  However, the default format is the following:

  I'm having trouble with the function "Export the waveform to the worksheet" - but it is not clear to me if the problem is with how I use the export feature or if I am wrong concatenating two waveforms of different modules of the series prior to export, or if my queue is wired incorrectly for producer-consumer loops.

  I use a hunts SMU-1073 with SMU-6361 and 4330 modules (tension and strain). I tried to change the example of the "entry analog cross synch" for use with a structure of producer-consumer (see VI below).

  The output of the worksheet contains a large part of the data in the string tension, followed by a smaller piece of data (with timestamp) strain, after which the alternate output data between data of tension and strain.

  Can anyone suggest where I could go wrong, or how I could solve this?

  Attachments do not work, so I'll try to post in an empty message directly after this post.

  That's what I thought.

  A number of wire.  -1 gives all the samples available in the buffer (which can be zero for some reason any).  A number will expect that there are many examples.  If the two readings can wait until they have both the amount of data requested.  This way, they will also have the same number of samples and be better aligned in the text file.

  Your loop will continue to run until you press stop or get an error.

• Export to spreadsheet does not show the formatting data Validation rules

  Currently in Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3, have basic color formatting based on Data Validation rules. However, when you use the option export to a worksheet, the Formatting disappears.

  Understand the connection to Hyperion planning is kept only on Smart View, if she will not apply export on the worksheet?

  I think that the formatting will be lost during the selection of the option export spreadsheet because it is about a raw format, if you want to format would be preferable to use the Smart View method.

• Write entries of similar continuous strain of spreadsheet with headers

  I use a cDAQ-9178 chassis with a NI 9235 strain gauge model to collect the analog inputs of the strain of 3 gauges. I currently have a program (see Finite_Strain.vi) that collects the data and writes it into a spreadsheet. I would use continuous instead, sampling so that I can see my curve of deformation-time develop as I run my tests. I wrote a program that does this (see Continuous_Strain.vi) but I'm unable to write data to a spreadsheet. I am currently using the function "Export to spreadsheet File.vi waveforms" as opposed to the function "Write to File.vi worksheet" to write my data in a spreadsheet because it allows me to have data headers and a time column.

  My problem is to store all data in my loop. How to build a table of all these data outside the loop and write to keep the worksheet column headings?

  Any help on this problem is greatly appreciated. Thank you

• Numbers - cannot export to PDF

  MacBook pro OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

  I have the 08 numbers version 1.0.3

  I'm more able to export numbers in pdf or excel format.  I save the file/worksheet in numbers, then export to pdf or excel format.  When I do this I get the following message is displayed "the export failed.  The selected file or location (drive or directory) is read-only.

  I created new calculation sheets in case there is a bug in the original file.  Same message.

  I tried to create, and then record the Numbers worksheets in different folders and then export - same message.

  I can export Pages documents in the folders where it has failed with numbers - if this isn't a problem with the files.

  I have been exporting documents of numbers as pdf for centuries.  The last I did successfully was 6 weeks ago - I think not I changed my settings to cause this problem.

  I went to disk utilities - these are the results.  Made no difference.

  I'm quite new to LabVIEW but I have a complicated program to create. This framework requires a waveform from a spreadsheet of settings, attached.

  I have attached a chart of the appearance of the waveform. As you can see the different parameters related to durations and amplitudes of the wave as well as the frequency and the amplitude of the sine wave in the middle.

  In addition to this the program must travel creating each waveform in succession that the values in the change of worksheet for each different test.

  I managed to read the file in spreadsheet, make a chart from this and then I tried index table online to send to a loop for which would go through each test, but I don't know how to create the waveform of these values. I have tried to use the labView signal generators to create individual sections of the wave but struggled.

  Combine the GERD and my suggestions.  I had not used the Signal generation pallet front screw, but they manage most of the "math" for you.  The key step, you have to decide is what interval to use for "dt", "quantum" time, usually the same as the sampling interval.  Looking at your picture of waveform, you have a pulse, a ramp, a series of sinusoids, another ramp and a final push.  When you look at an individual Palette, it has parameters "dimensionless" you need to adjust to your particular situation.

  Consider the ramp time T3, starting at V1 and ends at V3.  Assume that your sampling interval is "dt".  You samples, end, thread and start entries in the ramp model based on the samples as follows:

  • samples = T3 / dt
  • end = V3
  • Start = V1

  Since you continue where you left it, I think that you do not want to "exclude the end?" thread true (to avoid double points), but I could be wrong on this matter.

  To the sinusoid, you have need samples, amplitude, phase and cycles.  Samples is again the total length of the sinusoid divided by dt.  The amplitude is one, phase is 180 (notice that your sinusoid starts negative), and cycles is however several cycles you want during the period of the sinusoid.  This sine wave, however, will be about 0, so you will need to add the offset constant V3 on the table.

  After having assembled all the pieces of this wave form complex and are concatenated berries resulting from it, have to turn them into a proper waveform.  Drop a wave function of building on the block diagram, drag to the top of its upper part a 'click' to expose dt and wire in dt and your table (Y).  You now have a good waveform.

• Export data of facial recognition in html format

  I have hundreds of photographs dating from the mid-1800s, where I recognized faces. I would like to be able to export photos with facial recognition data to produce a web page.

  Is this possible in Lightroom 6 or 14 items?

  If I switch to Lightroom 6 can I import data from the elements with the facial recognition data attached?

  I currently use 5.7 Lightroom & 14 items on an iMac 27 with OS X El Capitan

  I would like to than LR to produce one page per photo with the ability to click on an icon to activate the boxes to facial recognition to reveal the names. This would be ideal. This is a project we hope to identify hundreds of people on photos for a society in history.

  I know not all plugins or software that would do the job for you.  Maybe someone else to do it.

  I had also thought of how or if it is possible to produce a spreadsheet of names and the names of files that are not in.

  The plugin LR/carrier can export a spreadsheet containing the names and keywords attached to them.  (LR stores the names attached to faces as regular keywords.)

  If you want to access the rectangle real around each face as the name attached to the rectangle, you must export the photos of LR and then use external as the Exiftool free to extract the data.   On Exiftool learning curve is quite steep, at least you are technical interested with the latest scripts or experience in programming, so expect to take many hours to get on the same page.

• Sticky of waveform in the multitrack Editor

  We have a big problem and need your help:

  We change you podcasts in hearing CS6 and impossible to find a solution to this problem:

  We would like to find a way to STICK fragments of the wave (who our markers) in multitrack editor without sticking the whole wave in the Editor (which makes us lose the descriptions of marker). So far, we are unable to do so because they are 2 different workspaces.

  The only solution we found is to make the range markers in the waveform, export them to .wav files children and import them in the editor, but it is a process much too much time.

  In the markers panel is a button titled 'show all markers' that will allow you to see your active markers ranges while in multitrack view, and then drag any beach in your timeline session.  The new clip will adopt the length and the name of the marker.  While this screenshot is not capture my mouse cursor, it shows the button and the ToolTip.

  

• Text added in loop file adds the value of delimiter unwanted at the end of each iteration.

  I use 'Export to Spreadsheet.vi' in a loop that records a text file and adds data to a waveform table 1 d for each iteration. My problem is that, at the end of each iteration of what an extra delimiter value is added to the file. When I then try to graph my data, I get the holes, as shown below (circled in black).

  

  When I start to analyze the data, I'm sure it will be a nuisance. I can't find a solution to this problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

• Why is - my page of continuous time a PDF?

  When I export a spreadsheet of numbers in format PDF the PDF document is a super long single page that does not print correctly.  I need the numbers to divide the worksheet into pages 8.5x11 logical so that it will print right.  What I am doing wrong?

  He solved myself, but in case anyone runs into this problem - the solution is not not to choose leader: Export as > PDF, but rather go to File: Print and in the dialog box print, choose to save in PDF format.  This will break the pages worksheet printable individual 8.5x11.  I guess because I want it to be "Printable" I was for this search in the Menu printing, but really, one would expect to find this sort of thing where another layout is managed.  Well.
