We bought Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5 Education Edition, and there is no file set - up.exe to install it. Anyone else having this problem? It will not install automatically.

  The only options of saving to a different version of Flash are found through the use of the Save as option.  You can only save as all versions are available.

  I am currently working on a project of iOS of Adobe AIR, targeting 3.7 SDK in Flash Professional CC running on Mac OS X 10.8.4.  If I leave out of the Flash application, reopen it, and then reopen my iOS project AIR, build together and publish settings are lost.  This includes the location of "output file", the publication settings 'target', all roads 'source' provided on the "Source path" tab under "settings ActionScript', all paths 'library' provided on the"Library path"tab under «Settings ActionScript»  I must go and reset these every time by hand after the relaunch of the Flash CC application.

  The new update (version Flash Pro CC - November 2013) has a fix for this problem and is now available for download. This update of Flash CC will update your version of flash to 13.1.0.217. You can update the application Adobe Creative Cloud or Flash Pro CC help-> Update menu.

  Adobe does not sell older versions of their software, so your only option to get CS5 would be to find the third-party provider and take your chances.  Adobe still sell CS6 software but I don't know if it's a global offer.

  If you have the original FLA you can open it in Adobe animate, and who can make a very good quality of video export.

  If you just want to view the SWF file, double click it, there is a very good chance that you have installed Flash Player.

  If so, just copy images from this fla and paste into a new movieclip in your fla slideshow.  Add this movieclip to your timeline.

  CC for flash doesn't support AS2, so perhaps that is the reason.  CS6 (or earlier version) supports AS2.
