  If you have a different user account with administrative privileges, Panel you can connect that account and change the password of your account of origin of the user accounts applet in Control Panel.   At the command prompt, type: slmgr.vbs - upk

  The Plan of Photoshop 19.99 includes Lightroom.  I believe the plan of 9.99 has a less busy version of Photoshop functionality or some limitation similar to what get it.

• At the login page, our administrator is the user can't find anywhere and the connection we have is a standard user. How can I get an active Admin in the standard user user?

  Follow the suggestions and see if it helps.

  (a) right click on the Notification icon, the Volume icon bar.
  (b) select the playback devices.
  (c) right click on the title of the tab reading .
  (d) select see the disabled devices.

  (e) make a right click on it and select allow.

  (f) click on apply and OK.

  Solution 1: -.

  1 sign out and sign back for creative cloud.

  Solution 2: -.

  Check the "hosts" adobe entered into file. (If you don't see all the entries of adobe, go to solution 3)

  1. go to the location of the file "Hosts".

  WIN: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

  MAC: Go to the menu finder on top > go to files > type '/ etc', press return.

  2. move the file hosts on the desktop.

  3. open.

  WIN: Open it with Notepad.

  MAC: double click on it.

  4 remove all entries of adobe, that it does not obstruct your machine to connect to the Adobe's Activation Server.

  5. rear move "/ etc" folder.

  Solution 3: -.

  1. check if you are using any kind of firewall (network/system) / proxy.

  2. turn off firewall / proxy.
