Web page open based on the value of the text field

I want to open a web page that is based on the value of a text field. How to bind the value of a text field to a command which will open the web page?

For example, the value of the text field is: 8 t - EXT

and the web page I want to open when you press a button is: http://hqms/doc.asp?dn=8T-EXT

As you can see that the 8 t - EXT is something that a person enters the form and is what is needed to open the web page. The other text in the link of the webpage is always the same.

How to make the sum of numeric fields based on a value in a text field - charge memo

I'm working on a Weekly Report of expenses employee that contains a list of charges and each can be marked as a company or a paid employee costs. There are two fields in the form which is to show totals for the company and the employee paid expenses. There are seven columns for amounts, one for each day of the week. Expense Code text fields are called "Exp1" through "Exp7". Digital type amount fields are called 'Amount1' by 'Amount7. The fields under each column share the same name. (Hope that makes sense). A screenshot is below, and a link to the form is included in order to better understand the composition of the form. I don't know how to for a total of to the top of all expenditures that are marked with a 'C' and all those marked with an "E". I'm not well versed in Java. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

Up to what a successful patch is created, tested and available in a version of Firefox, you will need to use another browser to print the pages that cause this problem with Firefox.

You could install IE Tab 2 and have this page always be printed and displayed in Firefox in a tab 'IE' from there.

Only sugestion:

Open Internet Explorer > tools > Internet Options > advanced > the settings reset Internet Explorer, click on reset... > OK

Reboot (restart your computer). For the benefits of others looking for answers, please mark as answer suggestion if it solves your problem.

Buttons missing on some Web pages, tried most of the listed solutions.

As indicated, the clickable buttons have disappeared from some Web pages. Not only the image of buttons, but the buttons themselves, which is nothing to click on. I tried to disable all add-ons, no change. I created a new profile, without change. Checked the javascript, it is enabled. Page style is activated. I started Firefox in safe mode, the buttons are once more displayed and clickable. The only thing I have not done is reset Firefox, because I don't know how 'reset' will be and I don't want to destroy my profile.

Try disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox.
