  I followed the A-team solution http://www.ateam-oracle.com/content-presenter-cmis-complete/ to display the Site Studio contributor data file. But I made a few changes to try to make multiple files data instead.

  After changing the codes for this, page displays 2 hyperlinks to 2 data files. Can someone advise?

  What do you expect as a result?

  When datasourceType = dsTypeMultiNode, datasource defined a set of identifiers separated by commas in the format document node:

  login #dDocName:content_id, connection_name #dDocName:content_id...

  Example: myconn #dDocName:DOCUMENT_ID_12345, myconn #dDocName:DOCUMENT_ID_56789

  Please check.

  If you test it then use another datasourceType.

  for example

  When datasourceType = dsTypeFolderContents, datasource set to a single folder in the form node identifier:

  I use Web folders mapped Url to expose my Contribution files as/content server / *.

  However, when I create the hyperlink, it uses the ID of the document to generate URLs from the side server. I would like to use the content instead of the file name. Is it possible to change the $wcmUrl variable or set my own links formats?

  Oh. In this case, why you want to display some url to users... You can do it in a different way. Please check below the image. Please select any test for example click here or download in WYSWYG editor and click on the link and revised with to create the link... When the user clicks on a particular link in the portal documents get the download now. You also have the ability to source in the WYSWYG editor where you can make required changes...

  Can you confirm that WebCenter content are activated as a result of components (UCM Console-> Administration-> server-> Component Manager Admin)? :

  -LinkManager

  In the case of be activated all (don't forget to restart UCM if you turn any component). Make sure that you have done as following steps:

  1. Log in to Content Server and open the Administration page.
  2. Select the Studio Site Administration, and then set the default Project Document information.
  3. Accept the default settings, and then click Update.
  4. Select the Studio Site Administration, and then to set Document information by default Active Web.
  5. Accept the default values and click Update

  I have to show several studio content using presenter content site. I am able to show them, but I also want to bring in the context of these content editing. My hope is to show a box around each list content publishing.
  
  I use a content model of presenter to display the list of contents. Now when I press Ctrl + Shift + c, is not nothing happens.
  If I show a unique studio content site it allows you to edit, but not with the content list.

• Site Studio: Ephox EditLive loading in Contributor mode

  I'm glad Server & Site Studio installed on my machine. When I pass in Contributor mode, I also see the icons of the different elements, which I have added to the areas of contribution. But when I click on these icons, say 'element of plain text' then the Ephox EditLive loading just hangs. I also tried with the Firefox browser with the same result. Y at - it any special condition for Ephox Editor to work?

  Here are a few things that might help:
  1 set SSUseInitializationApplet = true (config.cfg)
  2. set SSInitializationAppletDoLogin = true (config.cfg)
  3. validate your Site Studio certificates under 'my profile '.

  More information on these options are provided in the Notes. Why Oracle is not put in the actual installation document is beyond me.

• WebCenter Content Connector Sites - synchronization of content moved/transferred

  I have a usecase synchronize WCC and WCS blob content/assets. I read the KB articles, online articles, etc, I could not any article that explains how to synchronize return content updated at WCC. I am not expert here came across similar situations.

  That is to say, content was pushed to the WCS. After successful post process, if User1 updates of content A - is it possible to push/pull turns it into WCC as well?

  Hi Prasanna.

  Yes, the best practice is to change the content synchronized WebCenter content (this avoids the loss of changes in the interface user of WCS to metadata synchronized).

  If you want to update a field that is not synchronized with WebCenter content then you can do so through WCS UI.

  I installed all the software which I believe is necessary to create a Web site from scratch. I'm stuck trying to figure if I use JDeveloper or SiteStudio to create a simple homepage Hello world. The OUCM tab in WinXP is Site Studio. Off the WebLogic tab is Jdeveloper. Which is the correct workflow?

  I installed the Site Studio Designer(10gR4). The dynamic list item that I added in the region of contributor runs a query to search and display all the files in a particular folder. In Contributor mode when I try to add/edit the dynamic list item, it gives an error saying:

  As far as I KNOW, there is no way to generate graphs in Site Studio. Oracle products, you can use ADF/WebCenter Portal framework and/or Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher. 3 third-party product you can take a look at the graphical Javascript - amCharts or https://developers.google.com/chart/

• Question about setting up Site Studio

  OK, so we'll use site studio to generate web pages for our project, but I think I hit a nasty wall that I'm a little lost with. Of what I've read, you can run "site studio.exe" (or something to that effect) out of the windows machine, what University Complutense of MADRID was installed. The problem is the AAU has been installed on a device of based nux and the only way I can access the server through windows is via SSH.  If I am on how to run the Studio Site is anyway around the fact that it's on nux. Or is my hypothesis on the Site Studio even right to start?

  SiteStudio is used to generate Web sites. It is a component that runs on any content server installation, regardless of the environment.

  The file "sitestudio.exe" thingy is an IDE editor that allows you to change the structure of the sitestudio site and other things. It is not required for anyone, except the developer. It's not not to be installed on the server. You can run it on any Windows machine, including your desktop computer, which can connect to the content server.

  You try to connect using the web port.
  A socket connection uses RIDC, which means you need to use the port of intradoc which 4444 in your case.
  So to change the port number in your connection to 4444 and it should work.

• File based with webcenter content repository

  We want to implement a content management solution using webcenter. We are very well for our content in the file system, as we do not want to buy a separate license for the AAU.
  (My assumption is that we have to separate license for Complutense University of MADRID. (Right?)
  
  When I drag and drop a file (html, word-doc) etc I see no connection to jspx site content repository, presenter content option. I think its because I am using the file according to the content repository. How should view us the repository then jspx on page file-based content.

  In fact, when you purchase a license for WebCenter portal, you use limited to Webcenter content as well. This means that you can use the WebCenter content to store your content as long as access you it via the portal WebCenter. If you don't need to purchase additional licenses, and you can use WebCente content as your repository!
  This way you can make good use of the presenter content.

  Be careful when adding URL to a URL of the page parameters. By default, in the Site of Studio editor, additional page settings that give rise to a variant of the dynamic page are not used when naming static page. Site Studio pages should not be customized by
  adding URL parameters to a node reference, as all the parameters in the annex are ignored (in other words, no parameter of node not defined by using Site Studio do not nominate pages).
  
  Means that parameters in the link cause with SSP to ignore these links and not get any content is? Can this be prevented somehow?

  Have you tried to use the settings of cookies within wget authentication?

  I did work with OAM before I'm sure you can make it work with 11g with some time.

  Before you do the correct analysis, you get wget to request your login form page and pass the credentials and store the cookie on filesystem (ask on the - save-cookies wget directive).

  Then you do your normal analysis, wget does site studio queries and you tell wget to use cookies you have stored (read up - load-cookies)
