  This poster site that I set up in FF and Safari for Windows. In IE8, it's a disaster. Menu spacing is double and the main image is way down on the page. I guess it's a CSS problem or doctype, but have not thought about it. Can anyone help?

  Give your page a document valid type.  In its current form, you are on the page is in Quirks Mode, which produces unexpected results.

  Modify > Page Properties > title/encoding.  Select HTML or XHTML Transitional.

  Also, I'm not sure what need of Float: Right on your #mainContent division.

• Menu looks great in FF, IE. not so good

  I built a simple CSS menu for this site that displays as expected with FF and Safari for Windows, in IE8, the menu looks more like a scale with big gaps between the links.

  I guess it will be tgure odf than other images disappeared as well.

  Don't know what could be the error, but you will need to recreate these images and try to download them again.

• Link email not appearing is not in Firefox

  Change the z-index of 1 solved the problem. Thank you for taking the time to be so useful. This is my first time to design a Web site. You're right about the resizing of the text in the browser. I will make an effort to fix this problem because I know a lot of people with bad vision need to resize the text. If you have a pointers, I'll take them.

  Here are two methods to try, please try in order.  If a system restore fix the problem, do not perform step 2.
  Step 1:
  Run a system restore to before that was the problem.  Please click the link below to get instructions from system restore.

  Create and test the new user profile.
  Click 'Start' > right click on 'My computer' > select 'manage '.

  Right-click the user account that you just created, and then select "Properties".
  Select the tab "member of" > click on "add".
  Type Administrators in the field and select "check name".
  Once administrators is added, click OK
  Disconnect and connect again your new account, opening pictures with your new trial account.  You can even browse your other photo folder by going to the following location:
  c:\Documents and Settings\ (user account) \My Documents\My images
  If it works, your profile has been altered somehow.  You can then start to copy your data from your old profile to it.

  As far we know you run with some processors Sempron/Celeron and 512 MB shared memory with an on-board video camera.  In addition, you might have a suite of protection oversized running on your system to keep you safe from Internet predators and a bunch of other things you love continues to run in the background.

  Here again, you can have a dual core or higher processor 1.8 GHz or more fast speed with 1 GB or more of memory and a 512 MB or higher video card (do not share memory with the system) which has installed the most recent drivers.  Also you can have only a basic product antivirus running, by using the built-in Windows Firewall and you want to keep your system with as little as possible run so that most of your resources are available.

  Probable - in any case - other than generalities such as:

  (1) make sure that few runs when you play the game (with the exception of the game) as possible.
  (2) make sure that you have the latest video card driver installed for your video card.
  (3) make sure that you have the latest driver installed for your motherboard chipset.
  (4) make sure that you have the latest audio driver installed for the audio device.
  (5) make sure that you have the latest network driver installed on your device on the network.
  (6) run the game with its smaller settings with the same extras disabled as you can stand it.  Shadows are nice - but will slow down your system.

  And the advice that you said that you do not want to (while remaining general because we do not know the details of your system):

  (1) buy a more grand/more fast video card to replace yours.
  (2) buy more memory system in case you run low during playback.
  (3) replace your processor with the highest that will take care of your particular motherboard.

  And the most extreme:

  (1) buy a system that has a little above the minimum specs for the best interpretation of this game is that you are trying to play.
