Weird Chinese program

There is a weird Chinese program that I have not downloaded in my list of programs.

Here's a preview of it: the name and the source.
If you look at it, it requires Microsoft. I tried to uninstall several times, but it will be installed in my computer. What is it? A malware?
I suspect it is a Chinese keyboard program, but it is too suspicious for it - even its uninstaller is in Chinese!
It's not big thing to my computer that I see, but it may be slowing down my computer, or leakage of information or something.
I'll uninstall it for now just in case, but I don't know that he'll be back
I really need a good help quickly. Thank you!
Some info from my computer:
Fujitsu model with a detachable screen (not sure what model name)
Windows program 8
Microsoft Chinese keyboard installed
Classic interface of Windows installed
Checking for malware with Microsoft Endpoint 2012 with the latest malware definitions

KB2723161 is linked to a Chinese dictionary

See this page of the translation: simple dictionary of buzzwords Windows 8 Microsoft Pinyin update instructions input method

If you look at the screenshots in this article, you will find that most of it is Chinese, including the name. Since you are using a Chinese keyboard from Microsoft, it is most likely related to that.

    • Using windows 7 ultimate, of the language traditional Chinese
    • you try to run a simplified Chinese program

It's just a hunch, but you can try to set the system to "simplified Chinese" in the control--> region and language--> administrative panel.

I guess this setting is specifically suitable for problematic programs like yours that I believe is designed to run only on systems in the language of the program. But if you use other programs of non-internationally-friendly designed for all other languages than in your system locale setting, after they in turn will show their evil characters.

So if I am mistaken about the meaning of this parameter, all programs supporting unicode will not be affected, but this setting allows programs no unicode you run too, all in one language at a time.

  • Chinese text appears correctly in the Chinese program.

Original title: display of the Chinese language.

A long-time Mac user, I am new to Windows, which just installed on a partition that I created on my Mac.

I live in China and has decided to install Windows because many commonly used Chinese programs works only on Windows, not on Mac. The version of Windows I have installed is the English version.

I already set the language in the control panel settings, which allows me to switch between English and Chinese when entering. It works very well.

My problem is in the view of Chinese text that is not a text that I wrote, but rather within Chinese programs. It displays like nothing else than gibberish on my screen. I searched all the language options in the Control Panel, but could not understand how to adjust the settings to allow Chinese screens.

Thank you for your help to address this issue.

Fact of a Chinese program that I installed my xp Chinese parts. For example:

    3. is there a way to solve this problem simply without removing anything just setting?

    Thank you...

Check the regional and language options in the control panel and note the settings on the tab 'Formats', 'Place' and 'administrative '. If they say 'Chinese', then bring back to what they were, and then restart.

In Internet Explorer click on tools-> Internet Options-> general-> languages tab and check the 'language preference '.

  • Executable file runs only with active debugging...

    Hello

now, I found a funny problem with one of my LV2011SP1 executables:

When I create a new executable executable file refuses to start with a 'there is an error. You need the development environment to investigate who' message.

OK, so I turn on debugging in the executable file and create a new executable file. Now: the executable runs without any problem.

    WTF?

With people with disabilities, it gives an error of debugging, there is no error with active debugging?

OK, with some experience I removed all disable conditional structures in the code (a part of the code is only called with ' runtime == TRUE "). Even this does not change this weird behavior: program works fine in environmental development and as executable with active debugging, but not as executable with disabled debugging...

    Anyone have similar experiences?

  • See the other languages on win 7 without changing the settings system locale

need to download a program in Chinese as part of my research. my system is unable to read the characters that it comes out in symbols. many have suggested to change system locale and restarting the issue. But this isn't a viable option, because the Chinese program is used as a reference point. tried to download the applocale utility, but my laptop it won't install. are there other solutions? Thank you

    Hello JKreiner,

Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft community.

Thank you for your query details.

I also appreciate the fact that you do not want to change the locale of the system.

The "AppLocale" utility can be used to solve this problem. It is a launcher application that allows you to run applications No-Unicode(code page-based) in the regional settings of the user's choice.

As you mentioned the "AppLocale" utility has not been installed, in order to install properly, please refer to the suggestions of Kiran Jayakumar responded on May 27, 2011.

You can download the "AppLocale" utility from this link:

(It is also compatible with Windows 7)

  • PS CC 2015 - save for Web Gif "unknown error."

I made a rather large animated gif and need help to export in a gif file.

I tried CC 2014 with no luck and updated level to 2015 with the hope it would work. Nope. I pushed too hard on the capabilities of the PS? Is there something weird about programming?  You have all the tips and tricks? Something will help you!

Export as that will only save the first image.  SFW is the approach that you need.

Try changing the frame rate to 12 fps and reduce the size of the first image.  For my Gallery I target usually 800 px to 400 px as a maximum width (or height for the vertical animations).

  • N100 wireless / Hibernate problem

    Hello
I don't know why all of a sudden a N100, (maybe Windows updates) whenever I put Hibernate my laptop and come out of hibernation it disables my wireless card with somehow. The only solution is a reboot.

I have run the updates using the update of the Lenovo BIOS update system and nothing seems to solve this problem. I use the application windows wireless and have uninstalled the ThinkVantage Access Connections.

I also have an alert of the weird when program ends the attempt to reboot "End program - CssAuthHiddenWindow", I checked online and it said something about being a Lenovo software, could it be related to any of the questions?

    Please please help! Thank you

Unfortunately, the only solution was reload the whole machine! It works now so I guess that we will never know what the problem was.
