  I'm having a very strange problem...  I use a 4 GB Scandisk SD and turn my RAW on a Canon Rebel 2ti photos.  I use a Macbook Pro, 2011 2.3 Ghz i5, 4 GB Ram, with Lion c. 10.7.2 and to access the RAW files of the SD through Finder.  I am side by clicking on the image file or by double clicking on them, as the PS is my default opening program for RAW files.  When I hit the 'Done' button on any of the Photoshop files, a new .xmp file appears in the Finder.  When I open it, it's a Microsoft Messenger for Mac 8 license agreement...

  I installed Microsoft Office 11 and have never used Messenger.  It's not a huge deal, but it drives me crazy and it's totally weird!

  There are a lot of separate, unrelated to what is happening to you in a long chain, but each step is normal and understandable.

  You open the raw directly from card files in Photoshop. Photoshop will open in Camera Raw. Camera Raw preferences are set to save the changes to the XMP sidecar files. You're clicking on done, that applies by default Camera Raw processing, and that change generates an XMP file to store the new settings. That's why a XMP file appears in the same folder. On a computer, that's fine. But write back to a camera with one another camera card that the camera is not recommended. This more that is recommended is to use another, fast way to preview the raw map files without modifying (Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, Apple Aperture, Photo Mechanic, etc.), so that the left of the map intact as it should be.

  If you don't want the XMP file to build, you have to do one of the following:

  • In Camera Raw preferences, change the option "save image settings in ' to 'Camera Raw database', not 'Sidecar XMP of files.
  • Instead of clicking every time, which applies to any changes, click Cancel instead, if you were to research and not editing.

  I'm having a weird problem with custom events. I'll now explain what problem I have.

  I make a game and in a part, I need to send a custom created event which can be shipped on every image of the game. Basically, I created ENTER_FRAME listener that calculates the position of the mouse on the stage, and depending on his position, he dispatches an event with two parameters.

  Now, for the reason that this custom event can be sent on each image for some time (if the user holds a mouse on the same in the given rectangle position) I wanted to instantiate event custom only once and then just change one of the two parameters to this category of custom event so I can improve the performance of the game (I don't want to instantiate an event custom whenever I want to send it). And now I get this kind of error:

  As you can see, the custom event class is class MovingEvent which extends the event class. I did some debugging sessions and I saw that this error occurs on the SECOND function dispatchEvent call. When the custom event is dispatched for the first time, everything is ok. I thought that maybe some variables are not introduced, but when I draw these two parameters and class event it self, parameters have values and event class exists in the object list.

  The more strange is that when I instantiated custom event class whenever I want the address, I get this error at all. I tried not to change anything this either in the custom events, I just instantiated inside the main class and then tried to send it more than once and of course, then I get this error. So, I came across the fact that this error only when I want to send the custom event for the second time without re-instantiate even when the custom event is already instantiated.

  Somebody reply to this weird problem?

• Sound problem really very weird

  I have a really weird problem. I need to adjust the sound levels for a clip, so I export the sound to Cubase. The original sound has been left only lane, so I export it in mono to get into 2 channels. In Cubase, I do all the necessary balancing etc., then export it in stereo. (If I play this exported version, it plays in stereo). Then I import into Premiere Pro, but now he plays on the left channel.  Why?

  I'm glad you added this edition because that probably reveals the root of your problem.  I think that there is something you do not correctly in Cubase to export it in stereo.  I have reproduced your problem using a different DAW that allows 1) stereo, 2) Mono Split and 3) Mono exports.  You can also duplicate a stereo file L only at a second way Exchange channel and then select two channels and bounce audio since the two tracks to a stereo file.  With the swap of the second track, you get a stereo file R only, but this bouncing with the stereo file only L will produce a stereo L - R file that matter properly in first CS5.0.  I hope you can understand where the fold is in your export of Cubase.

  What I'm doing here is pretty basic. I'm running a query with a number of configs in it... and then by creating a loop for their output.  Ultimately, I want only the configurations that did not present 0 in the form on the previous page.  Each of the configs in query configuration has a variable of dynamic form on the previous page with a quantity associated with it.  I am trying to remove all the current amounts that are not 0 (or not to eliminate just not see the)... as you can see on the cfif statement.

  This is where it gets weird.  You will notice that I left #form ['baseconfig #reviewconfigloader.basemodelID #'] #, just for the test, which shows me the amount as it should.  I ran a test and put in a couple of 1 s 0 s, 12 s 6 s, etc. in the form fields on the previous page.  If it worked, it would not show anything for the documents with their value by 0 basemodelID.  Not the case.  It shows all the records.  What's funny is that it displays perfectly in my test #form ['baseconfig #reviewconfigloader.basemodelID #'] #, showing good numbers in the previous form, 1, 0, etc., related to each record.  But for some reason, the cfif code isn't catching.

  What's even weirder... I replaced the cfif ("form.baseconfig #reviewconfigloader.basemodelID # ') NEQ 0 with GT 12 (12 has been the largest number I put in shape) and he always showed all the records.  Then I put in as LT 12 and it revealed nothing.  I decided to go one step further and put in to GT 1231243242343 (massive random number), which he always showed all the records.  So, somehow, CFIF statement think that ("form.baseconfig #reviewconfigloader.basemodelID # ') is an incredibly large number, although when I exit in the line below, it is the number, it should be.

• Satellite Pro - keyboard very weird behavior - help needed

  Recently, the keyboard on my satellite pro laptop computer has been behaving very oddly - particularly three keys Y, H, N.

  Basically, they stopped working every time I start the machine (that is, rely on them and no character appears). It's the same in all programs. However, if I press shift with on of the three keys (to create a capital Y, H, N) it works. If I then try to type lowercase letter after that he then lets me!

  I read if certain keys on the keyboard online don't work then it means that this is probably due to a spill - this is certainly not the case with my computer and I don't know why or how this parasite has occurred. I wonder if a clean reinstall of windows xp would be useful?

  I have very strange problem: a Subvi (start_scanning.vi) in my software is supposed to call a method on dynamic distribution (send_trigger.vi) of a class of LV:

  I have a wireless HP Deskjet F4583 printer. When I first used and implemented (about 3 months ago), it worked very well and like a charm.

  But then 1 week later, it would not print. Print jobs stay just stacked. Then I started to connect it by USB cable. But I decided that since I bought the printer for its wireless capabilities, I could use it as well for this.

  The problem is, it's a very strange the 169.254.64.20 IP address.

  I'm trying to go about this using internet explore, but it does not work.

  I use a NetGear WNR2000. This has WPS.

  Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.

• YouTube and WebMs are weird when trying to play automatically (details inside), but using Flash to load videos on websites like DailyMotion works very well.
