When I connect to a site, there is a very short burst of weird electronic noises. This Charleston began, but not with other browsers.

Whenever I connect to a site, there is a very short time (1/4 second?) burst of weird electronic noises. It started recently, but I don't remember if it's after a specific update. I installed 30.0 version, but the problem started with the previous version. This does not happen with Explorer or Chrome. Running WIndows 7.

Are there logs that I can access to understand where this noise?

Thank you
