What are the standard dimensions?

Hello. What are the standard dimensions for the creation of a flash site?

I know that the default dimensions in flash are not the norm for the creation of an entire website in flash, so if someone can relay the answer for me I would be grateful, thanks.

vast majority of people are still in 800 x 600 pix. Start with this until everyone becomes more their fear of technology

  • What are the dimensions of the Pocket-size images and Board Contact?

Dimensions of the photo images print Windows 7

No one knows what are the dimensions in the Pocket and the images of the Board-Contact format? I can't crop to fit without knowing what size I have to crop.

    Hi Weaselspoon,

Dimensions for portfolio would be 2.5 x 3.5 inches.

Dimensions for photos of the contact sheet should be 2 x 2 inches if you are using the Windows Photo Viewer.

See picture printing: frequently asked questions to get answers to some common questions about printing in Windows Photo Viewer.

    Hope this information helps.

  • All the members (but 1) are removed from the entity dimension in planning and deployed to essbase. -What are the data deleted in essbase so? / The data can be restored by restoring the entity dimension?

All the members (but 1) are removed from the entity dimension in planning and deployed to essbase.

-What are the data deleted in essbase so?

The data can be restored by restoring the entity dimension? EPMA the entity dimension is still in tact.

It is unclear what exectly arrived, but looks like a change was made in the dimension entity planning (not EPMA) and then deployed (successfully).

In essbase, we see that the entity dimension has only one member left for the appropriate plan types, as in the planning.

If you remove members and then push that yes the essbase data is deleted, if you need back then you will need to go back to your restore process.

    See you soon

  • What is the Standard warranty on desktop computers and is it free?

I'll buy a new Tower of this evening of Best Buy, and even though I know that I can buy a scope here warrantly, I need to know what than the standard warranty for a HP desktop computer and I need to check that this is part of the purchase of office and not something that I have to pay separately.

    Thank you!

    Hello

Normally 1 year warranty is free (many sellers are doing the same thing, by law I think). Providers can offer an extended warranty on SOME products, also free (actually included in the price). 1 year is the norm for your machine, you will need to contact HP (or online help) to buy additional coverage. The following link shows more information:

  • What are the characteristics main API do we have access to?

    Hello

What are the "core" APIs that we have access too on the BB?

i.e. we can access to the API for the call history, calendar, contacts?

What is the storage area where people use the blackberry as a USB?

    Yes, all this.

Download the JDE and watch the programs of samples and the API docs.

Most of the 'base' requires a signature RIM run on the device, but you can run and debug on the Simulator.

The MIDP API and the standard JSR is open and requires no signatures.

It depends on what you're trying to accomplish.

  • I use PE 13, what are the best settings for viewing a slide show on a TV

I set up a slide show of my drawings for display on a TV.   The images are color JPEGs.   What primary settings work best for the project when it comes to watching a slideshow of images on an HDTV?   I know how to change the properties of the project, but I don't know which of the formats and options will work best to turn slideshow into a video clip.

First 13 items on what operating system? You have 13 to 13.1 updates, using Help Menu/updates to date of an open project?

Your question immediately... assuming you have a NTSC installation...

    1. What are the dimensions in pixels of your JPEG files, and how many of them are there? Depending on the resources of the computer, how many JPEG files, and what pixel dimensions, try to use 1920 x 1080 format JPEG and the project preset elements 13/13.1 first is NTSC, DSLR, 1080 p, DSLR 1080 p 30.

    2. what type of player is has your HD TV?

    (a) if only one DVD, then your destination drive is drive DVD/record/Publish + share with preset = NTSC_Widescreen_Dolby DVD. Video set for display at 872 x 480 after encoding.

    (b) if player Blu - ray, then the publish + share/disc/AVCHD (which are a DVD disc)... can be 1920 x 1080 @ 23,94 progressive frames per second (H.264 1 920 x 1080 NTSC Dolby)

    (c) if the Blu - ray player, then publish + share/Disc/Blu-ray disc... can be 1920 x 1080 @ 23,94 progressive frames per second (H.264, 1920 x 1080 p NTSC Dolby).

I assumed you wanted a product of disc? If your HD TV player takes support other media of the video file, what are the formats on which media supports?

With this information, I will propose Publish + share/computer/specificities for export to files.

Please review, study and give more details.

    Thank you.

  • What are the recommended settings for the export of photos for the web?

I am a photographer, if the images would be used for my blog... and still need of decent looks.
They are also the images that I approach clients, again, they need for decent, but would be the right size for the web.
I played a bit, and when we maintain quality"to 100%, but the setting at 72 dpi, the image remains the same size at 300 dpi.
So I got the quality up to 50%, but even slight vignetting seemed absolutely horrible. (Highly visible sections of different colors.)
    So now I'm stuck.
72 dpi and 300 dpi made no difference in size (cannot explain this one.)
100% quality seemed fine but was too big for the web.
50% quality was mediocre at best.
Any suggestions? What is the standard practice?
    Thanks in advance.

I would use a quality of 70-80 and also resize the image under 'Image size' for example, you pick a long edge of (for example) 1200 pixels.

The ppi (dpi not) makes absolutely no difference, it's completely out of words and useless in this situation, as you found it. Just ignore it.

  • What is the standard width of site Web

What is the standard width of site Web

I created a site on my site created 1903 px is wide and when I have the consultation on the browser width is ok

but when I look at a link created site on another computer, then I have to scroll to the right or the left

If you go to file > new in Muse, you'll see the width of the default site Office is 960.  One of my friends who is a web designer has recently helped me get up and running in Muse, so I could build my own site - I'm a photographer, not a web person.  It states 1200 px as the width of my new site, and that works very well.  This is the version of office.  Versions of the Tablet and phone are narrower, of course.

Googling your question, it seems that there is no "standard" here.

  • What are the techniques of compression permitted for PDF/A-1?

The PDF/A-1 standard does not specify how the compression is performed. What are the techniques of compression permitted for PDF/A-1?

The information that I have collected (not sure if all are true)

    1. LZW should not be used
    2. JPEG2000 may not be used
    3. Some say, JPEG can be used, but it's a lossy compression. (Standard PDF clearly indicates a lossy compression cannot be used)

How to determine if a particular file is PDF/A-1 also or PDF/A-1b and what type of cuts are used in this file?

    Thanks in advance.

Adobe Acrobat Pro provides preflight profiles to test if a PDF conforms to a PDF/A or PDF / X standards. There are also options to convert a PDF file to one of these standards if these corrections are possible.

FYI, there are specifications for the various PDF/A and PDF / X specifications that you can buy (on paper or downloadable PDF files) of the ISO.

  • What is the standard size for Web site?

What is the standard size for a Web site? height x width

I would like to create a Web site that is a good width and have the leangth develop if necessary depending on the content, which could increase in the future...

Some sizes, I worked with in the past have been 760 x 360 (pixels) and 800 x 600 (height x width), but it was a while ago...

As David says, it depends on your audience.

Take a look at the stats of the site (if you have one at this point).  What kind of people are going to be viewing the site.  If it's a more technical audience, then they probably wide enough monitors, but it's a site of "mom & pop" type, so they can still use small monitors.

These days, I went from 780 width (at a size of 800px wide window) to 980px width to meet the size of the window at 1024. With respect to height, not to declare a height at all.  This will allow the content to expand vertically as required, regardless of the size of the window.

  • What are the interactions intensive AFCS networked most?

During the stages of the initial design of a project, it would be useful to know what are the aspects of the AFCS are the most intensive network and perhaps areas more likely to cause delayed responses of collaboration. I ask this because it seems so tempting 'rich' easily accessible through CAA interactions.

For example streaming video takes a lot of resources, or it keeps track of all the interactions on a whiteboard? What is the transmission of the voice?

I realize it depends on how many users interact, for example 100 people chatting can take more resources than streaming a videocam. A rough idea would be useful for someone like me who doesn't have a clue what data are transferred in the background. Otherwise I could assume I can chuck each pod enter an application and not expect a smooth - perhaps it would be? I have already mentioned on the forum that I can't personally "You tube show" as an example to initialize completely without crashing my browser.

Such a list is possible to determine? What a stupid review?

Well well, audio/video streaming is definitely heavier than e-mail data, how much depends on the level of compression (and the compression/decompression method determines how intensive cpu are these operations).

The "charge" of e-mail data depends on the load of the message (a cat is pretty much the message from discussion + timestamp + maybe some information from formatting, the user id, whiteboard messages contain position cursor or object, the type of shape, some additional information according to the form, etc.).

In general, indenpendently of the message, type your load is multiplied by the number of users receiving the message (so a video image sent to 100 people that is 100 times the load of the single message, even for data messages)

You should be able to run the app dev console and 'examining' messages through. You can see the number of items have different properties (section cat vs white array elements, etc.) and that should give you a good idea of how "heavy", each message is relative to another.

One thing to say is that unless you create your own articles and, for example, store bitmaps in it, each standard data message payload is small enough to fit in a single packet, TCP/IP, so while they can use more or less bandwidth, they are all "cost" a lot of network.
