  If you change the settings in display properties, you can change it to default by selecting the Windows XP default theme. This will change all default Windows fonts and their sizes.

  A Windows Server domain is a logical group of computers running versions of Microsoft Windows operating system that share a central directory database.   These values should be fine. I don't know why the switch is layer 3 since you have of the 3750 and the ASA5520. If you start to see overflow errors, you should consider using the layer 2 switch.
