Mine uses + (2x1GB) DDR2 - 667 Mhz + and I saw only 2 modules of 2 GB DDR2 - 667 Mhz + cost the same as + 2x2gb DDR2-800 +. I benefit in any way from this upgrade? Can I damage my laptop? I heard that my laptop will work anyway to 667 MHz, but I'd like to know your opinion about it before I buy it.

  You can buy both types of module. The point is that the fastest modules (DDR2-800) downgrade always compatible system at low speed. This would mean that the modules will run at 667 MHz.

  So you n t destroy your laptop, it s just a feature. Everything will work correctly.

  As far as I know your laptop runs at 667 MHz can accelerate.

  I just got a S10-3s, and so far I am pretty happy with it. I had a very bad experience though, and I try to avoid repetition. I wanted to update a block of 2GB memory and so I bought a block when I bought the netbook - the store clerk had a look at the specifications of the computer and gave me a 200 SODIMM block pole.

  After arriving at the House, I have then almost wrecked my new laptop because of the ridiculous case design (bag, the person in charge). To see the 200-pin SODIMM doesn't in any way fit into the laptop. From what I can tell, what is needed is a block of 204 pins.

  However, when I try Googling for the appropriate memory blocks while comparing the system information about the material, I can't fnd anything of use. Release of material that I'm using a SODIMM 667 MHz block. When I look at blocks 204 pins SODIMM 667 MHz, I get nothing - because 204 pins are for DDR3 and who comes to 1 066 MHz and above. So, who works for the S10-3s? I need to go get my new mem-block replaced by something good, and I really want to avoid having to open my netbook more than once that I need to (because it is Lenovo apparently seeks to top of page Apple in the poor case design).

  To add the tips of memory... Many people allocates memory for the virtual machines that will never be used, and ultimately you consume the memory of your host much faster than necessary. Start low when allocating memory to a virtual computer. Adding memory is simple to make, after you have collected on the functioning of your host performance data. The Performance tab will show you what is happening.

  You can connect otherwise?  USB or FireWire or love at first sight?  You can connect both machines and start the one you want to transfer to target disk mode.  If your other machine is up and running with an account on it and you just want to move files, you can simply drag and drop the FRO the machine mounted TDM, or you can use the migration wizard.

  Or, if the other machine still starts and runs, you can start both computers and connect to the same wifi network and share the hard drive like machines on the network.  Access them in the finder on the new machine files and drag-and - drop, or use the wizard migration, on wifi.

  In history, the biggest problem is that Toshiba doesn't support Linux OS and you are yourself, so try to pick up enough info about Linux on Toshiba laptops.

  Unfortunately I can't give you the answer, but you can check the Linux forum category and read what other people write about Linux on Toshiba laptops.

  Check also other Linux forums and I hope that you will find enough info and help concrete if you will be faced with hardware problems.

  There is no one answer for this, as this varies considerably.

  For what is on the disk, if my memory serves, the 7.x base takes a few hundred MB, but which could greatly inflate according to the modules and drivers you add.

  For the RAM, I believe than 7.0 used to identify approximately 20-50 MB immediately after loading, but this number then would also change a lot over time depending on what you are doing. Loading, editing and execution of code just regularly change the amount of RAM used.

  Why do you ask? Also, are you aware that 7.1 is relatively old now (came out 7 years ago)?

  I am very new to LabVIEW and I was struggling with the third scheduled dll long enough. I am able to configure the device (but with a view of the insufficient resources error code), get the number of connected sensors and the ID of the sensor. But I can't receive data between the device and I think it might be the memory allocation problem.

  I use LabVIEW 2015 32-bit on Windows 10.

  This is the documentation provided by the seller, and the apdm_ctx_t seems to be a void pointer based on the API (typedef Sub apdm_ctx_t)

  Looking briefly at the provided code that I don't see glaring errors. Are you really sure that you do not have misinterprete all return as failuree values or maybe something in your actual System Setup prevents you to get the values you expect?

  You haven't really explained what you think you should get and what you get instead. The matlab example only also shows the use of apdm_ctx_autoconfigure_devices_and_accesspoint5() while you use apdm_ctx_autoconfigure_devices_and_accesspoint4() which I guess is not a big problem, as the example of Matlab is that pass an additional parameter to 0 to the function. However this example shows quite how you're supposed to call apdm_ctx_get_next_record() and then calls apdm_exit() to the end as you do anywhere.

  For now, it seems more a problem with the use of the functions of your DLL in the decree that something that should be fixed in nodes of library call to access your DLL and correctly. A suggestion to improve the screw, you have now would be to actually do the appropriate error handling. for now, these functions have nothing to do with the return value of functions. The right way would be to check the documentation and if a function returns or the return parameter can indicate an error for actually cause the error cluster spread a significant error code endorsements. And all functions except those which is intended to release all resources must have a business structure that incoming error, does nothing and doesn't send the error through.

  But don't blindly assume that, since the function 1 return 0, not for a mistake that all other functions are too. Some might actually return the number of resources found or whatever with 0 to indicate an error or no resources.

  I have a Presario V5000 that I do updates on. I've increased the RAM to 2 GB, and I think to put in a faster processor. He got a 1.8 GHz AMD Turion 64 ML-32 in it, and I think to pick up a version 2.2 GHz the stalk. It seems that this chip can be had for about $50, but I have a few questions I could not find the answers to.

  1. the service V5000 guide lists the numbers of two HP for the Mobile Turion 64 ML-40 (430499-001 393579-001), but it does not explain what the difference is between the two. I googled the two part numbers, but I was not able to know what is the difference between the two, as appropriate. I also turned a number of part of AMD (TMDML40BKX5LD) for the ML-40, but I don't know if all ML-40 with this part number will work correctly in the V5000 or if it should be a part of HP.

  2. the increase in performance to the faster processor may be quite sensitive to value money, or should I just leave well enough alone?

  It is not likely to be very visible and will not turn the laptop in a modern machine, but will give some improvement. My threshold is 10% and this is a jump of 20 percent in clock speed. All the ML-40 should be the same. Why HP has two numbers, I don't know. It is not an HP processor special is an AMD and a 40 ML of another brand of laptop should work. The V5000 is relatively easy to open up... thicker than current models and more room in there for a processor swap is not too difficult, because things happen.
