It's a synchronization service and not an external storage. ICloud library aims to keep libraries on all perfectly synchronized devices. Any photo that you import syncs to all devices, and any photo that you delete on any device in iCloud and all other devices are removed.

  Try to restore the photos on your iMac since the last backup of the Mac you made before you deleted pictures from your iPhone.

  The pictures have been completely removed, or are they still in your recently deleted album?  This album will keep the photos for 30 days, if empty you not prematurely.

  Some Thunderbird problems can be solved by make a clean reinstall. This means that you remove the Program Files of Thunderbird then reinstall Thunderbird. Please follow these steps:
