  At this point, the problem of slower Internet connection and loading is probably resolved.  I wanted to try the simpler remedy without doing unnecessary downloads.  Fortunately, there is a Windows update that created a restore point the day before the problem occurred.  I restored the system to this date, and the problem disappeared...   Please mention the exact error message that you found when installing Illustrator and here are the steps that you can follow to change the installation location.

  1. go to preferences using the gear on creative cloud icon

  2. go in creative menu Cloud

  3. do Apps and then change the installation location to another directory.

  I think you mean the text stating "x of there matches", to the right of the box where you entered the search term.

  The first number ("x" in my example above) indicates the current entry highlighted on the page that matches the search phrase. If you use the upper and down arrows to navigate through the instances of this term on the page, you will see this number go up and down.

  I don't see what that has to do with Vista can I or WIndows mail.  Usually, go you to your mailbox, which is located on a server, not on your PC, directly from the Blackberry.  I don't know anyway to have an automated response to messages that arrive in your Inbox on the server side and it is likely that your Blackberry will see little matter what type of response automated you have.  If I was faced with this situation, I would create a Google Mail account, set up my original (server side) account for messages automatically transfer to the gmail account and ignore gmail until my back account.  You can have your original mailbox to send an automatic response, if you want to, because it transmits incoming messages to other mailboxes mailbox.  Your Blackberry should not see the outgoing messages from the server.
