What happens if Ae CS4 wont let me go to the H.264 format, what happens if Ae CS4 wont let me go to the H.264 format

So what happens is I have cs4 because it's the only ae application that works on my computer, however I can not just made to the h.264 format. H.264 is the best way to make and I can't seem to do. I always get an error message. So, if you can please help me and try to use a technique cs6 or cc on this would be great.

Thank you

Change the advanced options on the 'Format Options' in the output module and change the MPEG level. You use a MPEG preset that has constraints of framerate and the size is not compatible with the settings of your comp.
