  This indicates a problem with your hard drive.  Now, it could be Malware causing a false positive, but it would be a good time to save all your documents and everything what you need/want/think you want and start looking in a new hard drive or computer. Please make a backup as soon as POSSIBLE.

  Now, it would really be halpful to get as close to this possible error message posted here.  It will help determine what happens.
