  I asked this question in a previous post, but it was not resolved, but it was marked resolved.  The "RCP" process, a large part of the time is at the top of the list on the activity monitor.  When I am using Safari if it is to type an e-mail or fill out a form or something search, page crashes or I received the rotation beach ball.  I look at the activity monitor and 'RCP' is generally superior to 100% CPU use almost every time.

  As much as I know L350-170 does not support the TV out port.
  It does not support HDMI as well.

  Maybe this is a stupid question.  I noticed at work today, my WiFi and 3G are both active at the same time.  For all I know, the WiFi is working and not a false indication as I sometimes get at home.  In addition, my 3G indicator shows and seems to be moving a lot of data.

  As I have already noticed, I usually have one or the other, unless he is changing course, or WiFi is falling out or something.

  It's normal.  3G is not turned off when WiFi is on.  Properly connected WiFi will increase your 3G but not a substitute. -Mark

  The first thing you need is a microphone. Most all laptops have a built-in. Desktop are not. You will need with a USB or 3.5 mm jack plug. They have very widely in quality, but the voice didn't need anything too fancy. You can also get an integrated with headphones, you might find very convenient.

  Once connected, you will need to enter the 'Sound' applet in Control Panel to configure it. Simply click Start, then Control Panel and then heard.
  Click reording and you should see a listed microphone. Select it and click on "configure". This will bring up the speech recognition tools. You must first configure your microphone to make sure that it works correctly. You can then select "Start speech recognition" and follow the steps for Windows "Teach" to recognize your voice.
