  When the .exe file is present? I recommend to download and run Malwarebytes to www.malwarebytes.org. If the malware bytes says that your system is clean then the .exe file must be associated with a program that you have installed.

  WebUpdateHelper, it appears as being malicious. I would suggest that you remove the workstation as it may seem, it was downloaded but not run yet. I also run a scan of the system once more just to be sure.
