  All you need to do is disconnect from the family iCloud account: settings > iCloud > scroll down, Sign Out. When you disconnect, you will get several warning messages telling you what content iCloud will be deleted from your device (Photos, calendar).   There is a large amount; a few follow below. I don't know what behavior you want to order. If you ask why Apple believes that it is advantageous for favorite networks sync on all your devices, including desktop Mac that are not likely to be moved often (or at all) I do not have the answer.

  If you don't want a Mac desktop (or any other for that matter) to join in specific networks, so you can deselect specific "preferred networks" in system preferences > network > advanced. Deselect the option "Remember networks this computer has joined" and / or select "ask to join new networks."
