  Go to settings > general > storage & use iCloud > manage storage (the first) > and if there is an update, delete it. Then go to settings > general > Software Update and try again.

  So I guess you are trying to run a virtual of Windows machine running at a date other than the ESX host and the rest of your network. Am I wrong?

  In this case:

  -Do not use VMware time. If you have installed VMware tools open properties of VMware tools on the Options, tab uncheck the option of time synchronization

  -From the services control panel access services 'Windows Time' and set it to disabled and do not forget to stop the service. The service name is W32Time, but its full name is 'Windows Time'

  You cannot run the last Safari on Mac OS 10.9.

  It requires the latest Mac OS (10.11)

  You can create a new partition and install the latest OS above and use it.

  Then the Mavericks partition boot when you want to use Adobe Creative Suite.

  Just to add to what you, a cod that contains the 5.0 OS specific code, said Martin will not work in OS 4.6, even if this code is never used.  If I understand correctly, the cod will be not charged, because the operating system tries to create a link for all calls in the module at the time of loading (which means it doesn't have to do it dynamically executing save a load of effort).  So if it does not find the corresponding calls it will not load the module, even if these calls are never executed.

  So if you want code that handles the Touch events, then you will have to have a build for OS 4.7 and higher and a build separate without touch events for 4.6.

  If you want to buy an another operating system, you would do better to buy the latest version, i.e., Windows 8.1 it doesn't matter that you don't have a touch screen like Windows 8.1 will work just as well on a desktop PC / laptop normal.

  However, before rushing and buying a copy of Windows 8.1, I suggest that you look at this link http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/11885-windows-8-upgrade-assistant-download-run.html the link above shows Windows 8 Upgrade Wizard you can download (free) and allows you to check that your PC is compatible with the latest version of Windows.

  According to me, one of my office machines is around 5 or 6 years and Windows 8/8.1 works fine on it.  However, it is best to check your own machine with the wizard upgrade just in case.
