What is original style of font size in Notepad in vista

I made a goof and must return to the original default values in Notepad.  I am running Vista... Help!

Hello

You can follow the steps below to change the font size and the default style in Notepad.

(a) click on the 'Start' button in the lower left corner in your toolbar at the bottom of windows PC.

(b) select "All programs" then "Accessories". Look at the programs listed here and find the "Notepad". Click to open Notepad.

(c) look at the top of the notebook. You will see several buttons: 'File', 'Edit' and 'Format '. Click on "Format".

(d) choose 'Fonts' in the menu dropdown. This will open a box, in a new window, with all the choices of fonts.

(e) choose the style of the police 'Lucida COnsole' fonts 'Regular' as well as '10' size they are default settings of police in Windwos Vista.

(f) you can also change the fonts according to your choice. You can also choose the font style, such as the size of the font in bold type or in italic and script.

(g) discovers the box labeled "sample". When you make your selections, you can see immediately applied in this area. When you have the desired policy, click on 'OK '.

Thanks a lot for your comments... I discovered that when I uninstalled Google Chrome, my problem is gone!

  • How to increase the font size. the details of what to do via the options did not work at all.

I went through the firefox to the options tab, font size of content options and an increase of 16 including on the Advanced tab. looks still unchanged at font size 10.
    any ideas please?

Perhaps unchecking (via the advanced under the content tab button) which reads "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above" will help you.

Also FYI, when you browse websites using CTRL and "+" (that is, the plus sign) will increase the font size. CTRL and "-" (minus sign) will reduce the font size. and CTRL and "0" (zero) will restore the original font size.

  • What happened to the bar that says 'file, edit' etc.? How can I change the font size to display Hotmail? Where can I access 'Cancel '? Thank you-

How can I access the toolbar which includes "file, print" etc.? How can I change the font size of my hotmail home page? It used to be using "display".

In Firefox 3.6 and later Windows, you can hide the menu bar on "view > toolbars" or via the contextual right click menu on a toolbar.
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key to bring up the menu bar temporarily.
Go to "view > toolbars", right click on the menu bar, or press Alt + V T to select to show or hide toolbars (click on an entry to switch from the State).

    Hello

This happens in standard compliance browsers, because the syntax is incorrect. If you specify an anchor point, do not include text bewteen the tags. The correct syntax is:

    xxx

You apply this HR by placing the cursor on a random point (don't select any text or image) and click INSERT. Bookmark. You bookmarks will appear correct.

  • Font size change is not by the external style sheet

I can't seem to get fonts seem to be the right size, especially the heads. The head of the sidebar displays no formatting. I thought that the size of the police indicated that #sidebar p would show a < p > in a div or < h1 > for #sidebar h1. I seem to be missing some vital information! This is my first attempt at a site built entirely with CSS. I used #sidebar q for a quote in the sidebar, but fill only works when I put the least < q > < p > and I don't think that I would need to wrap in the < p > tags.

    Thoughts?

Your font sizes do not work is because you have a space between the size and unit of measure. Instead:

    font-size: .9 em;

    You should have this:

    font-size: .9em;

You have the same problem with a large number of measures.

Regarding the , it is an inline element. If you want a block level quotation, use

  • How can I change the font size of what I discovered in Firefox?

I would like to view all content in Firefox in a smaller font size. How to achieve this? Thank you!

    Hello
Have you tried the Firefox zoom feature? This initiative will increase the size of the web pages.

    • To make things bigger, press Ctrl and + at the same time.
    • To make things smaller, press Ctrl and - at the same time.
    • Pour reinitialiser to reset the size of return to normal, press Ctrl and 0 at the same time.

You can also use the NoSquint. Add on to change the zoom level by default for all websites at the same time. After setting your overall zoom level, you can still adjust the zoom on different sites.

    With the help of NoSquint:

    1. After installation of NoSquint, make sure you have the add-on bar displayed:

      • Click the new tab button ("+") or a box empty bar tab to the right of the item and choose the module bar on the shortcut menu.
    2. Click on the % in the bar of the add-on call site preferences, then click the global settings button, then the zoom tab.
      • You can experiment with sizes greater than 125%, but it is not recommended that you will more than 150%, unless you have a large screen high resolution.

If there are sites that are still a concern, feel free to post their URLs.

Please let us know if this helped you!

    Thank you.
