  Many of our programs are written in Visual FoxPro 3. 0a. Because of the 256 memory barrier, we have trouple. I know that the version 3. 0 b type resolved the problem. Is it possible to get a copy of Visual FoxPro 3. 0 b? A complete rewrite of VFP 5.0 is not practicle at this stage.

  Hello. I'm running a Dell Inspiron (2010, do not have the numerical values of product stored) with Windows 7 64 bit. I tried to move a prgram ovever in that I saved from a portable 03, happened very well, who also ran fine on a USB key and active through the computer its plugged. The prgram is a software of database for model called yard Office Trains, but that doesn't mean much. I had to reset factory the laptop video driver problems do not allow videos unfold and had not run yard Office before that. However, now, when I try to run post yard, it gives me the error in the title. I tried compatibility for MS03, with and without the servicepacks. None of those worked either, so I'm missing a manifest file that was on these systems. I don't know but something on FoxPro beyond that. I tried searching on Google (preferably on Bing. Sorry guys) and did not understand what said the Web site, beyond, looks like I have to buy something that I would have already.

  If the update program does not run, you could try and do a scannow to check any file system errors. If this does not help, you may need to use a virtual program for older software to run.

  First of all, we run System File Checker to see if you have a corrupt file system.

  Click Start
  Type: CMD, according to the results, right-click CMD
  Click on "Run as Administrator"
  At the command prompt, type: sfc/scannow

  This will check for any violation of the integrity and repair any damaged operating system files.

  Reboot your system.

  If this does not help, then read the following information.
  If you are running Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate version, install Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP mode (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/default.aspx) and run your software in Windows XP.

  If you run Windows 7 Home Premium, try VirtualBox (www.virtualbox.org) or VMware (www.vmware.com) Player and install a separate copy of Windows XP (family or professional edition) for this purpose. You can find the virtualization software free that will run on Windows 7 Home Premium.

  You will not be able to use Windows XP Mode in Windows 7 Home Premium version. You will need Windows 7 Professional or Windows 7 Ultimate to use XP Mode.

  If you are running Win 7 Home Premium, try VirtualBox (www.virtualbox.org) or other 3rd party virtualization programs and install a separate copy of Windows XP (family or professional edition) for this purpose.

  It will not work on Windows 7.  Probably, it will not work on any Windows NT based, such as Windows 2000, XP, or Vista either.

  You can download Visual FoxPro OLE DB provider from the link you mentioned in your post. The page cannot be updated and this is the reason why you can't find the information on supported operating systems.

  The information contained in the compatibility of the said above Center says Visual FoxPro version 9 is compatible, it should work without problems.

  I am trying to set up a connection to a Visual Foxpro 9.0 through OLE DB database (ODBC does not work as there seems to be no recent ODBC driver more). I've implemented this step as follows:

  Benny, first know HSOLEDB was desupported and is completely removed from the 11g products. If in case you plan to migrate your database to 11g, this oledb connection will be obsolete.

  Now for the errors you get:
  -2147287038 is commonly stating that the UDL file is not found. For example, you can use the FileMonitor http://sysinternals.com to check where HSOLEDB is looking for your UDL file.

  As you said that you then changed the configuration to two backslashes to escape the only one that fails with the error-2147221164 indicating initialization of the provider OLE DB SQL failed and you also said the work of connection of OLEDB MS Access.

  Then can you please specify the posted below configuration works when you edit the UDL using a driver MS Access OLEDB connection to a MDB file instead of the Foxpro db?

  If it's true that it indicated the pilot OLEDB of FoxPro is not installed correctly. You can check with MS Access if he douance.be to link the FoxPro database using the OLEDB driver or if you have any other utility please check the OLEDB of FoxPro driver is able to connect to the FoxPro database.

  You do not have.

  The messages are only "moved" via a backup and restore. You cannot back up a phone and restore it on a Macbook.

  The 'sync' messages in the future, is to connect to Messages on the macbook with the same Apple ID on your phone. Now all messages will be received by the phone and Macbook.

  For your old messages, you will need to copy and paste into emails or Notes and sync them to your Macbook.
