  It's something different. What you see occurs when Skype Click-to-Call is installed on the client side. I do not have this installed add-on and so I don't see any phone number on Web sites as being available for calling with Skype.

  Do you remember the recent controversy about people randomly with their google results changed to black? Well, Skype doing this for me now. I contacted the support by text and told to just completely uninstall using special software provided by them and then restart and continue to reinstall. Well, it did work. Now I now what you think: I went on the bases. Graphics drivers, windows color scheme, the old uninstall, reboot, reinstall. I have no idea quite what to do. Even more confusing, the screenshot below, you can clearly see Skype using the color scheme normal top where it says "Yesterday", but is a variable combination of black depending on where it is applied.   You don't need to Click-to-Call add-on to be able to use Skype. It's only an extra add-on that allows phone calls from Skype directly by pressing the numbers shown on the Web pages.
