  Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.

  I seem to have found a slight problem with deletion of the spacing or gutters between the buttons of menu widget.
  I add a widget menu at design time either horizontal or a vertical menu.
  Remove the border of each button and then I'm going to change the gutters to put the buttons close together so that there is no space between them, but the parameters and the values of gutter do not allow me.

  Another picture-key, I have my button marked 'btn_clickArea1.' When I run the movie I get the error "Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference."

  Put your event listeners where the buttons are or put the buttons where the event listeners are... You can activate the visible buttons as needed if you are coding the Framework 1.

• I have version 9.0.1 on 2 pc, both xp sp3. 1 the button "open new tab" is visible, on the other hand, the "Open new tab" button is not yet available in the menu "Customize toolbar" drag / drop. Why?

  I used the same setup file, but on 1 pc, the "Open new tab" button is available in the menu 'Customize toolbar' and can be dragged and drop on the navigation bar. On the other pc, the "Open new tab" button/icon is not yet available for drag / drop. I uninstalled firefox completely, including the settings and preferences, then reinstalled, but that has not fixed the missing button.

  Please try to restore the default value in the Customize... window. If it is still not visible, one of the reasons could be that the button is already placed on the toolbar, but can be hidden behind a different icon or toolbar.

• The button "open in Smartview" error in the workspace for a user

  One of our users is facing a problem while trying to open the data forms in Smartview via the workspace by using the option "open in Smartview. When you click on it it gives the following error: "the address is not valid."

  FYI - just to make sure I tried the same thing on another system with a different user name, and it seems to work correctly for the user and the system.

  It looks like an option or setting is not right or was messed up. Can you get it someone please let me know what setting/option could be the cause of this error and how to fix it.

  You can connect to My Oracle Support Site and search for document id in the knowledge base search box. BTW, here's what you can do:

  1. uninstall Smart View
  2. Select START-> RUN
  3. type regedit
  4. go to HKEY_LOCAL_USERS\\software\HyperionSolutions\SmartView
  5 remove the Smart View key.
  6. close regedit.
  7 install Smart View

  Also, did you use are secure https protocol? In the options of IE, try to activate "Display mixed content" and see if that helps.

  The spaces between the color buttons lighter must be the same color as the buttons.

  Please note that some buttons are voluntarily lighter, some are darker.

  Select the Menu container. Open the control panel of the spacing. The horizontal gutter value 0.

  You can always add padding for menu items to create extra space.
