  You can easily use a COM port. There is a property node for control of handshake lines. Not sure that the com port is not TTL levels, not you? The voltage levels can be as large as +/-15.

  Use a single structure of matter. You can connet your number directly to it. Create your case and write the value in it.

  I can't work Ray the way he used to in acs4.2. It's as if the RADIUS is dedicated to default network rather than deault network admin access.

  You're right, the default network access model is for authentication radius based, cannot assign a profile shell since it is of Ganymede... When you create a new access service - it uses either a model Ganymede or radius.

  even when I left RADIUS default netowrk access, I was not able to associate the profile shell, which allows private-level 15.

  Make sure your authorization profile has the right assigned cisco-av-pair (shell: priv-lvl = 15).

  GBA 4.2 If you're admin group u just see # switch invited him but ACS5.3 If you use RADIUS you switch > prompt.

  If you pass the attribute above make sure that the 'radius of group by default aaa authoration exec' command is configured
