  I wanted to show traditional Chinese web pages with Chinese characters
  (for example, hk.yahoo.com).

  I walked into the tab Control Panel / regional and language options/languages
  and choose "install files for East Asian languages".   He asked for the XP CD,

  I have done work similar to what I described.

  I deselected "install files for East Asian languages" as I mentioned above,.
  removed startup items which appeared in msconfig (you can see the 4 in the JPG I posted)
  and restarted.  What this does in fact, I'm not sure.
  Is it uninstalled or disabled just something, I'm not the wisest.
  (For example, the fonts themselves)

  Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

  At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

  I hope you are all good, I kindly need to know what is the best way by which we can extend the battery from our PC, I had a friend who apparently frustrated because his laptop battery is almost dead then that PC disconnected electricity; It gives him only five minutes and the beep starts.

  I think she always used his laptop plugged into the electricity, not frequent unloading / loading the battery and yet, I really appreciate it if you guys out there (blessed) could help me maintain my and his of (she bought a new battery lol) batteries.

  Note: My Satellite A200 - 1 M 5 gives me 2.45 minutes after 4 months and I'm happy with that, I turn on my laptop disconnected to power (releases) often, but I feel that I can't explain or help others to look after your laptop battery.

  A few options, I can think. One is to simply copy the media itself on the external drive and remove the entry from the library in iTunes. When you want to use it then "add you" the external file to iTunes that will put a copy on your computer that can be removed again after having watched.

  Another option is to create a separate library for items stored on your disk to archive.  Create a new library by holding down the option key while starting iTunes and tell him to put on the external drive you use for videos.  Drag the items currently there in the folder automatically add to iTunes in the Media folder on the outside.  Toggle the use of the library back if necessary.

  You need to maybe turn off or change automatic downloads so that they are not constantly re-uploaded in your main library.

  With the help of JDev 11.1.2.3.0.

  I have 10 000 ranks of the master, gave each of them runs in 9 different algorithms, 90 000 detail lines.  I now need to commit the 100,000 (10 000 masters & 90 000 retail) lines to my database.  What is the best way to accomplish this feat?  I am open to suggestions and ideas.  I'm not married to a particular approach, any strategy and have little experience running such a large DataSet.

  Currently, I iterate through the lines view object 10 000 in my application and for each line module, apply a Prediction algorithm, whose results are inserted into an object of the detail view.  The main line of vo is updated with a reference for the best results in detail, and then all have been committed through getDbTransaction.commit ();

  Is there a way to say, commit 10 000 lines, let the database do its thing and once again the calculations?  Once the database did commit, commit an another 10,000.  In this way the module of the application and the database work in parallel rather than one waiting on the other.

  As far as I know, there is no parallel work (adf and db). What you can do is to use the PL/SQL to insert the data and calculations on the side of the db. This can be faster than to browse all lines in the adf.
