  What symbols you're wanting to insert in your text?  If they are accentuated letters, all you have to do is hold down this button and a menu will appear.  Press the number that corresponds to the accented letter you need.  If they are other symbols or emoticons in general, press command + control + space to show the visualizer of characters.

  I have a laptop HP 350 G2 with a German keyboard (the physical keyboard - not the mapping of the keys). I've been looking around for a replacement keyboard which has a UK or preferably an Irishman (substantially the same as a UK keyboard with the exception of a few minor changes). So far, everything I could find online retailers is US layout keyboard replacements.

  Does anyone know any good online retailers (or a part of the HP site) who sells UK/Irish keyboards for this laptop?

  I guess you just need to set the input language for the keyboard. I put t know what keyboard you have, but make sure the keyboard input language is the same as the keyboard. If you have the keyboard UK make sure input language is set to English (United Kingdom).

  I recently bought a Satellite M40X-309 in the Portugal. I am very happy with my new laptop except for one detail: I'm Brazilian and accustomed to using Brazilians or US keyboard. The keyboard of the Satellite M40X-309 is different and I can not get used to it, no matter how hard I try.

  I m not 100% sure if the German ASP offers the United States / the UK keyboard but an appeal should clear this issue.
  The other possibility is to use the external keyboard with the United States / UK layout.

  I recently reinstalled my windows and other software on my laptop Toshiba A80. However, my keyboard is currently very slow now. the charecters take a few seconds more until they appear on the screen, regardless of how fast I type.
  Furthermore, some charecters keyboard appear to have traded, like I need to use "to get and vice versa."

  I don t think that you must return the computer laptop everything. Maybe it s just a bad setting in Windows then what keyboard input language you have in Windows?
  Run you to the factory settings or other OS?

  If a key or keys more n t work you need to swap the keyboard. There is no unique key, need to replace the entire keyboard, but it shouldn't t so be so expensive. Just ask an authorized service provider to get a new, and they can exchange it too. :)
