  To be honest this tuner does not for me because I use the European model of laptop and I presume this tuner is available on mobile phones in the United States only.   Jeff, thank you.  I couldn't update any program in CS5.  It turned out that I had to do a 'update manual".  Not sure why it was different, but it worked.

  The error message says something about RAID but the L30 does not support the RAID and also the RAID drivers are not necessary.

  I m a bit confused and I think there could be something wrong with the HARD drive.
  Have you tried to reinstall the operating system from the original CD of Microsoft Windows?

  Try this format the disk using this CD, and then try again to reinstall the operating system.

  If this does not work then a HARD disk problem is possible

  My Satellite P10 Pro regularly battery power even if the power is still connected and the LED on the front of the pc shows that it is connected. I then let the battery run down and restart so that it recognizes e presence of th rest turn on again how boring is that!

  In my opinion the answer can give you only one technician after checking your laptop. For me, it looks like a power electronic problem. Sorry, but I think that you will not be able to do anything alone.

  If you use your laptop on the desk, remove the battery and use it with adapter only. My brother did the same thing, since the battery is faulty. Also try to start computer laptop on the power plug and put the battery in 5 minutes. It will be interesting to know the battery is recognized and invoiced correctly.

  Time Machine backs up your default boot partition. However, if you have more than one drive or partition on your Mac (and it is formatted in "Mac OS extended (journaled)"), you can set the Time Machine to save these drives too. You can do this by removing these drives from the list of excluded items in System-> Time Machine-> Options... Preferences, so that the next backup will include all internal hard drives or partitions that you want to back up too.

  To my knowledge Toshiba does not deliver laptops with Microsoft Office, but with only with OneNote.
  This isn't the same thing, and you cannot use OneNote key with MS Office software.

  To be honest, it won't be easy to solve your problem. Why?
  Many people who have mobile machines the same logic valid for desktop computers. Exchange upgrade or hardware components on mobile units is very limited and you can simply swap the GPU or change the BIOS settings.
