  Our environment is that a combination of different memory machines (V880, V490 & 250R) SUN of size.
  Establishing a single init.ora file that includes each of the memory of nodes in the SGA sizing is our desired configuration.
  Although we have created the file, the question becomes each NŒUD on the FCAC to use this unique setting
  file to launch its database instead of take the default init.ora file in the default directory (asm/dbs).
  
  As we conducted tests of failover, on restarting the instances they have restarted with bad memory
  definitions that have hung the nodes when it took more memory then what was available and the swap space has begun
  to develop.
  
  Steps to configure and activate the process, that's what I'm looking for.

  Here's what we do. Don't know if it is relevant to your situation...

  (on each node)
  $ cat $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/initrac11d1.ora

  (as ASM)
  $ asmcmd

  The spfile has all the parameters, described by the node, if any. For example:

  $ sqlplus / as sysdba

  Connected to:

  This is the rating that mentions that the setting is applied to all instances, if you use a RAC database. Instead of *, you can also SID in the specific case of fees so if you want that the parameter only works for this instance.

  If your database is opened with PFILE that running it is watch the current init.ora used to open the DB.

  SQL > show the settings file
  SPFile string C:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\DB_1\

  THiiS watch my DB is started with spfile and the location of the SPFILE.

  If you have VI Analyzer installed, you can load the configuration file and look at the section select the Tests. There is a test for the maximum size of front under front-> User Interface. The default value is the resolution of the current monitor of the PC (including multiple monitors). You can change to the desired option.

  Suppose I have a file in office called "test.jpg". So I create this variable:

Well, in short, I could do it directly using #target estoolkit. I´d do not like to participate (opening) Photoshop or bridge.

  Is it possible to read the metadata of a file without targeting Bridge or Photoshop? Read the reference I found no method or a property for it, wait for the metadata library. BUT

  If I try to load the library of metadata to help:

  If (ExternalObject.AdobeXMPScript == undefined) {}

  ExternalObject.AdobeXMPScript = new ExternalObject('lib:AdobeXMPScript');

  };

  then it will of course be an error file or the folder does not exist...

  Try this:

  (1) connect to your database as a SYSDBA
  (2) issue: CREATE PFILE='/tmp/pfile.ora' OF SPFILE;
  (3) /tmp/pfile.ora to modify and add some references in your init.ora requests file - or update the current entries if those that already exist.
  (4) stop your database.
  (5) start your database in restricted using the new /tmp/pfile.ora mode to see if the settings are ok and if your database will start with them. (If he - go to 6), if no, go to 3)
  (6) question: CREATE SPFILE FROM PFILE='/tmp/pfile.ora'
  (7) judgment of the database
  (8) start as usual-, this will use the spfile with the changes.

  Nice.

  Note:
  Step 2) assumes that you are on * NIX and are actually using a spfile in your database already...

• Camera Raw does not read the previously saved XMP files (Canon 60 d)

  I want to ask if this is a real problem or just me something wrong.

  I open the RAW with Canon 60 d (Photoshop CS5, Camera Raw 6.6) files, then I do what has not (cropping, exposure changes, hone... etc), then I click on the done button. Camera Raw saves XMP files with RAW files. After that, I want to make some changes more, I open the RAW files, but Camera RAW doesn't "remember" what he did a few minutes before. I guess that it isn't read the XMP files it created.

  If it's me or it's some sort of bug?

  I don't have this problem when editing with Canon 400 d RAW files.

  There is a difference between not remembering your changes and you see do not the changes you did just.

  If you use embedded thumbnails you will not see any changes, but you can see a shield in corner superior human resources indicating the changes.

  You will see the version published in the preview.

  If you want to see montages in the thumb, you should use one of the options HQ.

  Hello all, I installed oracle 10g client on my machine... but here's the thing... I tnsnames.ora several file on my machine (which I can't delete or play with)... and because of this oracle is not able to connect to the database I want it to connect to... I can't do tnsping to the database... is there a way where I can point my client to use a specific tnsnames.ora file? as a pointer? or something where it will look in this file specific tnsnsame.ora?

  You can specify what tnsnames.ora for use the TNS_ADMIN environment variable
  Switch to the directory that contains your tnsnames.ora to use.
