I can't even go in safe mode, the same error messages appears.Hi James,
You could try the Startup Repair to see if it solves the problem:

Hi, what are all the ongoing processes in the operating system during startup itself?
Hello
I want to know, what are all the ongoing processes within an operating system during startup/boot.Why system processes are always on.explain on the windows registry.In the order:
Google each a wisht learn you more.
Certain system processes are required for the various aspects of the machine - there are a lot of things to allow you to move the mpouse pointer and click on this shortcut and start the process related to it...
You need to know about the registry of windows at this time - in view of two other queries. It's just an honest observation.

The host system resources / booking via PowerCLI
Hello chaps,
Does anyone know if it is possible to adjust the CPU and the memory that is reserved for a host via PowerCLI?
(Home > Configuration > Allocation of system resources > edit)
I usually affect the reserve memory 800 MB and CPU 800 MHz according to the design best practices.
Thank you
DanAs far as I know, there's no cmdlet for this, but you can use the UpdateSystemResources method.
You just need to know that the key to the Scriptures "host/system".
$esx = Get-VMHost MyHost $spec = New-Object VMware.Vim.HostSystemResourceInfo $spec.key = "host/system" $spec.Config = New-Object VMware.Vim.ResourceConfigSpec$spec.Config.cpuAllocation = New-Object VMware.Vim.ResourceAllocationInfo$spec.Config.cpuAllocation.reservation = 800$spec.Config.memoryAllocation = New-Object VMware.Vim.ResourceAllocationInfo$spec.Config.memoryAllocation.reservation = 800$spec.Config.ChangeVersion = $esx.ExtensionData.SystemResources.Config.ChangeVersion $esx.ExtensionData.UpdateSystemResources($spec)

What happened to the TB "systems &; languages" page d/l?
Hello:
What happened to this site? https://www.Mozilla.org/en-us/Thunderbird/all/
As the equivalent for Fx (https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/) site CT downloads page used to display the builds for all systems and languages. I used it for years to enter the complete installation programs for tuberculosis in order to perform manual/updates installations at level.
Today, out of the blue, there is no download available, just a message "no matching language found:
Anyone know what is happening?
Thank you, daledoc1
It's weird because the search box is empty. Is it important if you use the generic URL without US inside?
https://www.Mozilla.org/Thunderbird/all/
That seems to work for me at this time (California, in case it's a regional issue).
You could also try Ctrl + Shift + r to reload the page without going through the cache.

What hides under the operating system and is invisible Disk Warrior and TechTool Pro?
new background of ignorance
Maggy apprentice gave me his 2010 MacBook Pro (Snow Leopard) for repair, it was incredibly slow, often cold.
I threw my skills to it:
Repair permissions
Disk utility
Target mode: Warrior of the disc; Tool Pro technology
I tried resetting the PRAM and SMC.
In the target, I also cleared its player (after performing a backup) and tried
installation of Snow Leopard disc - it stuck. Installation at a standstill, again and again.
Problems overall, I could not recovery mode or
safe mode even though I could get the boot drive and target mode.
He certainly felt as if the keyboard was in trouble.
Finally, I copied the backup to disk of my wife, who was also the snow leopard,
on a portable computer freshly erased and voila - it worked.
I could then use to wipe the drive, then download and
install El Capitan.
After 2 failures, followed by repair disk, he succeeded, I could
migrate the original backup again and everything is now up-to-date.
All the software proceeds smoothly, and the keyboard is good,
Some of the above was conducted in partnership with the Apple phone support
and the guy said something that bothers me is why I write
it: -.
He said that none of the diagnostic and repair tools, I used went deep enough
to diagnose or repair the software deep that runs under everything else.
Can I ask here - this looks like PC BIOS?
and if so, is there really all tools that can diagnose and fix problems here?
TIA
Pete
Disk Warrior takes the sophisticated approach for repair of directory (the same function as the line of fsck command, also headed by disk utility repair disk when it is not the system startup). And although there is some data recovery options on its own, I would like to use a non-invasive data recovery tool before you try. As a munged really directly still will leave you without access to your data. Or a dying hard drive that may have similar symptoms as a bad directory. All the more reason to backup before you do anything either.
http://discussions.Apple.com/docs/doc-1689
TechTool Pro is able to look in depth of the material and tell you if there are hardware issues can be changed or need repair. Regarding the BIOS, yes the Mac have a BIOS, and they have firmware too. But any really bad material is only repaired by replacement. TechTool Pro can tell a lot of cases where it is necessary, with more details than the test integrated hardware Apple. And in some cases, do a repair like disk Warrior, but it is not infallible. Since released RAM 128 MB, there is no test equipment that can reliable 100% of the time tell you when the RAM is bad. However, when it detects as being faulty, you can believe it.

IOUtilities gives me an exception of the file system resources
I wrote an application to analyze lyric, the premiere, I use IOUtilities.streamToBytes to convert the integer to a byte [] and crawled, but after reviewing some files (7-10), I got an error of 'Resource file system', I don't know why it happens, here is the code.
private void parseFile(FileConnection LRC) throws IOException { byte[] LRC_byte = IOUtilities.streamToBytes(LRC.openInputStream()); LRC.close(); if (LRC_byte.length < 10) { // not valid return; } String encoding = DEFAULT_ENCODING; if ((LRC_byte[0] == -2) && (LRC_byte[1] == -1)) { encoding = "UTF-16LE"; } else if ((LRC_byte[0] == -1) && (LRC_byte[0] == -2)) { encoding = "UTF-16BE"; } else if ((LRC_byte[0] == (byte) 0xEF) && (LRC_byte[1] == (byte) 0xBB) && (LRC_byte[2] == (byte) 0xBF)) { encoding = "UTF-8"; } // // Do someting... // }
But after I change the IOUtilities.streamToBytes of inputstream, below is the code
private void parseFile(FileConnection LRC) throws IOException { InputStream input = LRC.openInputStream(); input.mark(3); byte[] encode = new byte[3]; input.read(encode); input.reset(); String encoding = DEFAULT_ENCODE; if ((encode[0] == -2) && (encode[1] == -1)) { encoding = "UTF-16LE"; } else if ((encode[0] == -1) && (encode[1] == -2)) { encoding = "UTF-16BE"; } else if ((encode[0] == (byte) 0xEF) && (encode[1] == (byte) 0xBB) && (encode[2] == (byte) 0xBF)) { encoding = "UTF-8"; } // // Do someting... // input.close(); LRC.close(); }
Now, everything works fine, I really donnot know why version 1 do not work, but version 2 works fine.
Why? What is the problem with the first version? It takes a day to find it.
It seems that you do not close the input stream in the first version of the code. Maybe it's the reason.

No.; This is one of the reasons why the 2-digit years are a bad idea.
and how to change the format of oracle data without affecting the system?
To change the default format for all DATEs in your session:
ALTER SESSION SET NLS_DATE_FORMAT = 'fmMM/fmDD/YYYY';
This affects only your session; It will not affect other users in other sessions.
Regardless of which is the default format, you can display a single DATE in a format with TO_CHAR
SELECT TO_CHAR ( accouting_to_date , 'fmMM/fmDD/YYYY' ) AS a_to FROM table_x ;

Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.
That's what my computer says when I try to connect: "insufficient system resources exist to complete the API." When I turn on the computer, it says that in a small box, a few seconds after that it says 'Windows is putting on the way to the TOP.' But it won't be because of this and he just keeps fact that over and over again before it restarts itself. I looked into this and found "this problem occurs generally when the computer uses 1 GB or more of RAM." Please tell me how to solve this problem. Thank you.

You can join V$ SESSION on the SID. The column PROCESS in V$ SESSION is the ID of the client operating system process.
