  If you want to buy an another operating system, you would do better to buy the latest version, i.e., Windows 8.1 it doesn't matter that you don't have a touch screen like Windows 8.1 will work just as well on a desktop PC / laptop normal.

  However, before rushing and buying a copy of Windows 8.1, I suggest that you look at this link http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/11885-windows-8-upgrade-assistant-download-run.html the link above shows Windows 8 Upgrade Wizard you can download (free) and allows you to check that your PC is compatible with the latest version of Windows.

  According to me, one of my office machines is around 5 or 6 years and Windows 8/8.1 works fine on it.  However, it is best to check your own machine with the wizard upgrade just in case.

  I bought the complete creative cloud in the hope of a career for me in editing audio/visual. The problem is my system doesn't seem to be able to manage the software, especially when changing back and forth between the three programs mentioned above. In addition, my first project cannot export correctly. In addition, throughout its development the offbeat bad system. And that's after following all of the recommendations of preferences available under tutorials Adobe and elsewhere on the Web.

  Right now X 99 with DDR4 gives best performance for media applications of particular content with GPU acceleration. I suggest an I7 5960 X, 32 GB of DDR4 2666, 980GTX video card and Asus X 99 board with storage depends on the media. Far, who will perform the 2600 is old of 2 generations at this stage, which is only a Quad core with HT. The same X 99 tips can also manage the Xeons V3 if you upgrade the processor in the future for a larger load in real-time.

  I'm doing a video for live events and I must be able to modify the 10 cameras at a time.

  My system I've set up 2 years ago has a 3.4 ghz Ivy bridge i7, 32 GB of ram and a 2 GB video card. When I do multi camera changes in adobe first, I can only do 3 or 4 at a time with fluidity, using the camera multi monitor, but when I try 5 or more, it does not really play. The audio plays fine, but the video is just a frame every second couple.

  I tried mounting on an internal hard drive WD black, which is 7 200 rpm, but I found that I get the same results on a WD my book edition (which is a hard drive WD Green running to 5 400 rpm) via USB 3.0.

  What should I upgrade to be able to play all 10 cameras at the same time? A high-end video card? Which one? Do I need an esata raid configuration? Is what I ask to do even possible or not first even stand that?

  What version of first? The GPU acceleration is activated? You may need to apply a 'hack' at first, so that it actually uses the GTX 560 for the Mercury engine.

  Runs in 'Software only' mode, navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro and search the text file called "cuda_supported_cards.txt".

  Rename or delete this file - without this list of cards "approved," to look at first will use ANY card that meets the minimum criteria.

  I do not use the Multicam feature myself, but as an experiment, I piled about 20 layers of AVCHD, using multiple PIPS on the entire screen, and he plays them back well. The GPU acceleration will help no doubt if that is not currently enabled

  The hard drive on my system is broken and I am trying to rebuild the system from scratch with a new hard drive. My original system was with Vista OEM (with no disk Vista) and then I bought a Windows 7 upgrade disk.

  I'm trying to put Windows 7 on the new disc, using the upgrade disks to make a complete new installation (which is an option at startup).  However when I get to the activation step and put in the product key of Windows 7 since the upgrade it says its not valid.  Then

  1. is the invalid key because I do a new install instead of upgrade (for example if I could do a fresh install of Vista and then upgrade again that would work) or is it likely to be another problem

  2. any other ideas!

  Unfortunately I don't have a system to upgrade system recovery disc either.

  Thank you very much help for all the world.  The solution I finally used is described in http://winsupersite.com/article/windows-7/clean-install-windows-7-with-upgrade-media-128512

  I used the method of double installation, i.e.

  -When you ask the product key, just ignore it (I didn't realize that you could do this when I posted the question).  You get a complete installation with a grace period.

  -Reinstall again with the message that you do an upgrade, and this time the upgrade product key wroks.

  It's a non issue. All Adobe applications are "compatible" in a technical sense abstract, it's just that the current releases of CC are full of bugs. You will solve nothing by swinging to another platform, a different material or anything that you want. And sadly enough, going back to the CC 2014 or even more can not solve anything, either, because the sad truth is simply that Apple cares about backward compatibility. As it is, you are caught between the hammer and the anvil and must manage just up to what maybe in April / May 2016 CC will improve things. Here again, they can...

  This isn't what you want to read but it is a recommended to ensure that applications you must have will launch on an updated operating system.

  I do not use the product, but you may need to upgrade your Photo shop elements. Version 14 seems to work on Capitan:

  You must decide if it's worth the cost of upgrade or use an older OS X, considering that a new OS X (Sierra) will be released at some point.
