  Here are some steps that you can follow:

  a. open the calendar app.

  b. right-click on the screen of the calendar app.

  c. Select the new option (with sign +) from the lower right corner.

  d. under How long option, select custom , and then select your choice.

  Note: Also check the option to display more choices.

  e. save the settings by clicking the Save option in the upper right.

  so I have my shiny new ESXi server got up and running, installed vmtools and its functioning as a champion, I am confident, that's going to do what I want and I ride.  problem is, my scheduled tasks do not run when they should, after beating my head on the keyboard for a few minutes, I realized that is not SQL agent than i SLE problem, its my system time. I reset the time in windows and make sure my time sync and it's, I went to bed peacefully thinking I've solved the problem, then even flipping the question!  If I look deeper, to find that my time is wrong in the esxi server, so I use the client VM infrastructure Ministry time and hit a time synchronization server, but a another day goes by and my time isn't in vmware and my windows servers...

  someone knows how to fix this?

  Make sure that the time server you have entered is correct and active.

  Make sure that the time service is started on the ESX Server that this can be done in the VI client

  Make sure that the NTP 123 port is open in your firewall between the ESX Server and the internet

  In the virtual VMware open tools machine and ensure that the ESX Server update time is selected.

  If all this has been done, it should work fine.
