What with a Mac it is a lemon?

I got this Mac Mini for a little more than 90 days but less than a year. Since I got it, I've had problems.

It is difficult to determine, to some, if some problems are hardware or software, but I have tried all the software solutions based Apple support or I could think of, including the re - download and reinstall the operating system, deleting and reinstalling the OS, deleting and reinstalling the OS and not using the Migration Wizard (manually restore my files).

Each download of the OS takes 48 hours at the speed of my connection and I had to do it several times. I had to make several trips to the Apple store in the next State. On my last trip, the Genius Bar even reinstalled and transferred manually on all my files in order to avoid reinstalling a corruption.

Always problems. This diagnosis has reached well over two months, making me lose all the productivity in the meantime.

My last problem is that the Mac Mini will stop by sending a photo to display. The display is to get a signal from the computer, as indicated by onscreen menus as well. I tested it with an Apple and the display of part 3. I took the Mac Mini to an authorized service center and they indicated that they could not reproduce the problem, and when I got home it was working fine. Today, I started the Mac and the problem is back.

The Mac is out of its period of full charge for 90 days, but still under the 1 year limited warranty, but I know that these intermittent problems are very difficult to reproduce and solve problems, but they are still ruining its productivity.

This whole experience causes me to degrade on the Mac. I'm ready to just throw this thing in the trash and buy a refurbished model. It can hardly be worse than this one.

I'm just curious if Apple has a policy of "lemon", before doing this.

    All I had to do was pick "Shared printer on the network" check box in the printer preferences. Gosh, if I had known this before... I was not able to print wireless for 5 months. Makes me so stupid.

    PS - Note to HP - keep customers in a queue of 1 h 04 min with a message saying "we will soon connect you" is atrocious customer service.

    Is the printer lost connectivity with your wireless-network address of the printer's IP has changed since you installed the SW on your Dell.

Journal... something like that) that Windows cannot yet see.  So once you have the files and folders saved on something like the DVD, do not format NTFS for Windows can see it.  The good thing is that Apple may also see NTFS, once it is formatted and files/folders copied on it, you will be able to use all the PC under Windows or OS.
