  I recently installed a D-Link Gigabit Desktop PCI Adapter Model No. map: DGE-530 t in one of the slots at the back of the tower with the top slot white which allows me to use the Ethernet port for my unique WiFi ARRIS router. Which increased my download speed in Mbit/s from 28 to 34 to 48-55.

• What would be the best video editing and photo editing software to use for an iMac for advanced users?

  My first exposure to video and photo editing is on a PC with Adobe Premier and Adobe Photoshop.  I own a Macbook Air and have used iMovie and iPhoto.  It took me a few years to sort and organize thousands of photos archived and videos.  Now, with the changes in Final Cut Pro and the loss of the opening, I am, even once, sitting on the fence.  Compatibility between the software has always been a controversial issue and that you accumulate more and more files, it would be nice if Apple should keep in mind to develop software that can be upgraded seamlessly without losing or change any data.  For example, the photo is correct, once you become familiar with it. However, personally, I like the way events were created in iPhoto, but also how you can scrub through each event, just sweep a finger of each event.  Now in the Photos, you need to scroll right rows and rows of pictures, which seems to be a step backward when it comes down to the speed and convenience. I finally have the time to go back to my hobby of video editing and I was about to buy an iMac or a Macbook Pro.  What is the best choice for video and photo editing, or should I be looking back to Adobe?

  I'm afraid that I could not listen to your example because I don't have a Spotify account.  However, I can offer general comments on what's worked for me in the past.

  First of all, your choice of reverberation will depend on whether you should work in real time in Multirack or can move to waveform and use the effects could take some minutes.  (Some computers can run in real-time with the best 'Reverb' effect, but you will get a warning that it can cause problems.

  If you work in multitrack, you can use one of the reverberations 'real-time' such "Studio Reverb" I would start with the Aula preset either probably or having a play with the vocal presets (that doesn't work simply to singing).  You have already partially answered your question.  The two parameters that make the most difference are "Early reflections" and "delay".  However, I'll throw in ' Wet/Dry Mix' as a third who really controls the ratio of the original dry and "wet" sound  Small changes it can really help you get the desired effect.

  The second way is to use 'Reverberation' which is often too heavy processor for real-time use.   However, it can produce a very soft tone ' word and, if you don't mind waveform using many "save under", might give you the sound you want.   Reverb, I would probably adjust the Church or Rich Chamber presets - Rich Chamber indeed could be a good starting point.  Still, early reflections, decay time, and Wet/Dry mix are the three main things to play with.  Or, for fun, there is a facility to say hearing the size of room you want to sound like and go from there.

  I'm sorry, but I can't really give numerical values to try.   Reverb is one of those things that really need to adapt to the ear and what works for me on a track could be totally wrong for your record.

• What is the best "workflow" for sharpening Ultimate w PSE 8?

  I shoot a lot of flowers near upward and also birds. Both have lots of details, feathers or Stamen, so I rely heavily on the sharpening. With birds, sometimes they are flying or remote or both, which makes it difficult to get sharp photos. Recently, I learned a lot about sharpening and now I am suffering, "I know, more I know that I don't know." In addition, some of my information is based on rumor and I appreciate all the advice. What would you say if I discuss my work flow and ask a few questions here and there.

  I shoot RAW with a Canon 7 d and I almost always reduce my photos to nnnn x 1080 for that conversation, lets assume that I always do this downsizing. I heard that reduced pictures should never be sharpened up to the once they are reduced. Is this true? Should I set all sliders sharpening in ACR to zero? Should I also keep the low clarity slider in ACR or is it more your contrast medium and less sharpening? Is there another way to improve the clarity in PSE, ACR not?

  When I finished with the cab and open in the elements, the first thing I do is crop and resize using Image, resize, bicubic sharper. Then I correct the imperfections. Then, I select on the subject (s) and adjust the curves of colors and then light sharpening, which seems to give me the best results that Enhance-setting sharpness. (After two years of use of items I found this bright sharpness and it's so good. I wish I would have notice this Brundage in the earlier book. I did ask me what I'm missing.) After light sharpening should I try high-pass sharpening more or any other type of sharpening? Is there empirical rules on what kind of sharpening works best in which application? For example, I heard another rumor that sharpening of the strong or the shadows just increases noise. Is there a good way to handle these situations, as select out them, or use a special blending mode?

  After I'm done with the subject, I usually reverse in the background and noise and/or blurr and Desaturate to puncture the subject.

  Is Photoshop complete necessary to get the best sharpening tools or sharpening similar and other aspects are more powerful? I use so little of 8 items that I guess and hope that Photoshop or Lightroom would be overkill at this stage.

  For some reason, however, some of the emails from other sources, downloading the verizon pop3, E/JS server are indicated (wrongly) as having the FA SMJAM-JAM above. This situation prevents my email filters to plug these emails to their appropriate mail folder.

  If I understand your problem, I think it may have to do with the addresses stored in your address book. Thunderbird can display the name of your address book instead of the name of the post office, where corresponds to the e-mail address.

  I have a strange problem. I have a Logitech M305 mouse on another machine which is too slow scrolling on Web pages. I ordered a new mouse, but today I noticed the old mouse normally scroll in text documents, even though the text document is displayed in Firefox (such as the "subject: config" page).

  Normally, a page will scroll 3 lines for each click of the mouse wheel.
  On Web pages, it changes and it takes 3 clicks of the mouse wheel to get the page to scroll.

  It is troubling to move the mouse wheel and don't have anything happen until the third click.

  So the question is, what would make the mouse wheel behave differently on the Web pages and pages of text, and how can I solve this problem?

  BTW, this is a clean install of Windows 7 64-bit. I use the same exact type of install now on another machine with a mouse Logitech M510 and normally scrolls on all pages.

  OK, a final report on this issue. Yesterday, before installing the new mouse M325, I decided to uninstall the Logitech SetPoint software. I wanted a new installation of the software for the mouse to go with the new mouse.

  To my surprise, after the set point has been uninstalled the old mouse M305 scroll normally on pages of text and Web pages. It seems that something mysterious happened in the relationship between Firefox and the original installation of set point. Firefox made some adjustments or updates of its own regarding record just as it does for modules, I saw it happen a couple of times before. /shrug

  New mouse + set works perfectly with FireFox now and the old mouse M305 + setpoint is now works well with an old laptop XP Pro, at least as long as the button pop-up gimpy holds.

  Solution, in this case: uninstall the Logitech SetPoint mouse software, and then reinstall a new copy of it.

  The Snow Leopard is one of the more stable OS Ive ever used, but you won't have a lot of features.  Mavericks is in the Middle, has more features and is always quite stable. I would, however, try to reinstall El Capitan, or deleting some files to free up space.
