  2. What is the free space on the Seagate drive?

  3. What is the size of data directory that you are backing up?

  You can move the data from the drive Seagate to another computer so that little space is released that will help you to start the backup.

  You can use the cut and paste to move that the Seagate drive files to another computer.

  Follow these steps:

  1-connect you to the user on the computer account.

  2. in the "Start" menu, click on "Computer" to open Windows Explorer. Connect the external drive Seagate.

  3 - Click the external hard drive, and then navigate to a folder with the files.

  4 - hold down the ' CTRL ' button on the keyboard and click a file to select several files. Otherwise, press on "Ctrl + A' to select all files in the folder.

  5 - Click on the "Edit" menu and then "Cut," in Windows Explorer.

  7 - click on another icon of the hard disk, and then browse to a folder where you want to place the selected files.
