Problem with connection for ePrint

Hello

Today, I brought a new printer - all in one, HP Deskjet INK Advantage 3520. All functions are OK, but I have a problem with ePrint.
In practice, the printer is connected to my wifi at home and I can print without USB cable with no problems. But when I want the ePrint of installation function, I get an error that the printer do not have any internet connection and I can't complete the configuration of the service.

Do anyone know how I can eliminate the problem?

Hi DenyKr,

I see that you are having problems with your printer, connecting to web services.  I would like to try the following steps.

1. open the internet browser type printer IP address.

2 should bring you to the status of the printer page.

3. Select the tab network at the top.

4. left side select IPv4 under wireless.

5. under DNS address Configuration select manual DNS server.

6. for favorite enter 8.8.8.8

7. for alternate enter 8.8.4.4

8. Select apply. You can get a warning saying that this could break the connection which is very good.

9. turn the printer off for about 30 seconds, then try again.

    In order to find the right driver for the wireless card (since there may be one of several different model wireless cards in your notebook), go to Device Manager and click on the network controller needing drivers and display the material for her ID.

  • problems with updates for Windows (for Win XP)

    I have problems with Windows (for Win XP) updates...
    (1) I installed the hardware updates for my sound card (via Windows update) and now I can't hear the music through my speakers or headphones.  In addition, related to my sound card software do not work either!
    (2) at the same time, I tried to install Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 through Windows Update and that would not install (.. .and I tried several times).

    So to rememdy those issues, I tried for hours to use the system restore, but whenever I've tried I'm not able to successfully restore and I tried several unique restore points.
    Any suggestions?  I spent hours on it, and nothing seems to help!

    Problem with pdf for the opening of the health gov Web site. I use my ipad in Safari and have installed the application to adobreader. Healthcare gov support only suggested to disable the pop-up blocker. I did, and I couldn't always open the file. No problem on a desktop computer regardless of the browser.

    In my view, they spend on their web server to a document ECM server authentication. Someone else has the problem?

    I tried the Penguin, Chrome and Atomic browsers on the ipad and the same issue.

    Okay, actually, I think that there is a problem with the type of form. It is a form of a special kind (called a form XFA or Designer, for what it's worth), which can be opened with Adobe Reader and only on Mac or Windows. There is no iPad software that can read these.

    You have the problem if you connect an external keyboard? If the external keyboard works, I remove the keyboard and look at the part number and then search on eBay, Amazon etc. Do not do this if your machine is under warranty. Contact the HP customer if it's still under warranty.

  • I have a problem with connecting to Skype, get error code 1001 on my event viewer

    I have the latest version of Skype installed and have not been able to connect. I had Skype for over a year and my computer has developed a problem with a memory stick and after that I came back from the repair shop, it didn't work. They had removed Skype from my system so I reinstalled and cannot connect.

  • Strange problem with connectivity

    I had this problem with one of my computers I'm trying to connect to my router ea6500. I have several wired devices and wireless but who are working very well, the router gives me the questions recently and I had to get back to the form of the plant. Once I had setup the configuration again, one of my computers which had run fine before has an interesting question.

    The computer appears in my router with it's normal internal IP address. And my computer is saying that it is correctly connected to the internet. The question? It is not. All my other computers and devices are excellent connections without interruption of service whatsoever. No idea what could cause this kind of problem?

    After crossing, my pilots had messed up a stored parameter which was preserved through updates to pilot. I had to uninstall and reinstall the driver for my machine to fix manually Ethernet controller.

  • Pavilion dv4-2170-us has problem with connection light display

    The cover on my laptop seems to have a bad connection, because I have to play with the angle to get the screen to

    I understand this thing you display may have a bad connection that you have to play with, then fish on the screen to show the line.

    Want to know if this could be fixed by a tech.  The short answer is Yes.  Here is a link to 2009decembre 17 December 17, 2009 HP Pavilion dv4 Entertainment PC Maintenance and Service of Guide. Please note Chapter 3 page 3 for a list of the replacement screens supported by number of the part.

    It may just be a connections loose as you said, either a bad connection cable...  The cable may have become defective through the opening and closing of notebook, during normal use.  Please note Chapter 4 page 27 for the removal of the screen procedure.  Before considering the replacement of the screen, I would try a new cable first to exclude it.  You should be able to buy the cable to any computer supply store.

  • I have problems with connecting by Modem DSL Siemens SpeedStream 4100.

    I have a little problem with my modem. I have a strange situation in which my internet goes several times a day (about 50-200 a day / every 10-15 min). I can't find the answer as to why this happens, however I noticed that whenever I get a phone call, my internet will. So that I get my signal back I have to make a phone call, so I just call my house to get a busy tone. My internet will come back without a doubt, but I don't think it's fair to make this happen. What could be the reason for these problems and how I could fix them? I have a PPPoE Setup so I am connected through a router, however, this problem happened a long time ago (I don't remember if it is since I have the modem). I'm in a laptop, but the question that's happened since a direct link between the modem and my desktop via cable Ethernet.

    Its been years and I have still not found a reason as why it happens. I know several people who have the same problems as me, and I would like to have days when my internet doesn't go away every 10-20 minutes. Any suggestions why this is happening or how to fix?

  • Problem with connecting to Windows normally

    OK, so I'm having a problem with a record in my laptop normally and the only way I can get to it is by going to safe mode.

    Basically what happens is that whenever I try to connect my computer normally (not in safe mode) I'll type in my password press enter it will come with the welcome sign and this small circle that tells it to load but it never is as if this drive does not work because the lamp flashes not or anything like that. However, it is very well whenever I login in safe mode and that the laptop came with windows vista on it that I don't have a copy of windows vista to try and slove the problem. This problem acerd after I restarted my laptop because it was slow and contributing generally to make it work properly again, but now this has happened and I don't know what to do.

    If someone could help me? I really need my laptop back to normal because right now, it's my only access to internet that not working I really on heavly for my college.

    B. you get any error message?

    You can start in safe mode, and then you put a computer to boot and then restart the computer in normal mode controls whether the issue persits.

    A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.  Let us check if software is causing the problem by following the clean boot procedure.  To perform the clean boot procedure, follow the instructions in the link below.

    Step 1: Perform a clean boot
    Step 2: Enable half the services
    Step 3: Determine whether the problem returns
    Step 4: Enable half of the startup items
    Step 5: Determine whether the problem returns
    Step 6: Resolve the problem
    Step 7: Reset the computer in normal mode and check if the problem persists.

    After checking the problem, turn the computer back to the Normal mode. Uninstall or update the program that is causing the problem.

    I have problem with old hard drive, so I change. I replace it with a new drive of the same size, so I download the Windows 7 disc to reinstall it. I received the product from the bottom of my laptop key. all look good, until when it is I can't connect to the internet. I can't find also manage network connections on my computer. When I go to "change the map settings" nothing is there.     You must download and install the driver for your network card.  It is best to get it fron the computer manufacturers web site.  You will have to get on another computer and copy it to a Flash DRIVE or a CD to run on your.

    We have recently updated to 11.1.2.4

    Since that time we see some questions intermittently while trying to connect.

    We use a user admin native directory connect you to MAXL to run scripts. This keeps failing in between and then if we're going to restart the job, it runs without any problems.

    We have checked through the SharedServices_Security_Client.log and found that, around the same time of the failure, there are a few mistakes here.

    Construction of the cache is for providers, has now begun to unify the cache. It is a status messages. No action required.

    Has failed to unify the Group cache. NULL. Refer to the log file security of the Shared Services for more details.


    Does anyone has any ideas on this.

    Do you think that the problem is related to the connection attempt to time to "unify the cache?

    I think that we have a framework to refresh Group cache every 60 minutes. is it a good idea to change that at one time in a day interval

  • problem with sound, for lenovo 3000 N500 laptop

    Hi, I have a problem with my new lenovo 3000 N500 notebook.

    I have Windows Vista Starter and Conexant SmartAudio Systems audio software (I don't know if it is a driver)

    These are the problems I have:

    1 - sometimes I can't hear any sound from internal speakers of the machine. I should restart the computer or turn it to stand by mode and once restarted, I can hear the sound.

    Sometimes I start my computer and I hear from the beginning, but I turn the machine switch and restart I hear sound.

    2 - when I connect I hear any noise, never helmet. I restart the computer, but I can still hear all the sounds. I only hear the typical sound of the speakers connected but unrecognized (soft Dominica).

    I try to configure DB Oracle 11g network for duplication of the DB and respectively for DATA GUARD and I face the problem with the network of the DB. I can't realize the basic problem. The problem is that after I connect to the DB with the name of the network service, I can't do anything. I get ORA-01034: ORACLE is not available
