Whats with this popup?

So I was quite naughty things on the internet, and this message popped up (exactly the same except for the location):

Is my iPhone at risk? I worry about this? Is there a possible fix? Someone please help me I am really scared about what can follow.

Pretty sure that isn't true... Once you click OK, you will be probably taken somewhere to open a session to be able to 'fix' it.

To remove it... Press your home button, go to settings > safari > clear data of the history and the Web site.
