  Try to Update the software of the player. If it persists, try to have the player reset to factory default settings. Is the issue only happening on a particular disc?

  Should be included in Windows - but you need software Blu Ray to PLAY a video.  Personally I use Cyberlink PowerDVD (www.cyberlink.com), but you can have something different.
