  I had problems with silmilar with my Pearl. I took everything simply remove the SD card and using a reader to directly connect with my computer.  Once I did a drag - move the files I want, I replaces the card in the BB.  I should mention that I have the 8130 with side slot for the SD card.  If you must remove the battery to get to the card, this process can become excessively boring.   Try the following.

  Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp59501-60000/sp59882.exe

  One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  Then, download and reinstall the Chipset driver on the following link.

  Chipset Driver - Windows 8.

  After reinstalling, restart the laptop and let Windows load completely.  Open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  When this has completed, restart the computer again before checking if the Beats Audio is now listed in the windows control panel.

  Well, on the theory that your computer is awkward, try to change the settings to another thing and OK your way out the control panel.  Then go back and put them in the way they were and OK your way out.  Occasionally, it will reset the internal parameters and things can return to normal.

  I don't think that you can change the size of the police with captions. I think that because it is a 'standard' you are limited to what this standard supports only. If the manual says: you can change the font size then it probably still says: you can change the fonts familty. I was never able to change the size of police or the family.
