  After enjoying the first instance of Photoshop, I bought Photoshop elements 12 05/09/14. Akamai Download Manager does not work on my computer, so I clicked on another Download Manager and selected the Bitser in the list because it was free. I downloaded Bitser. It has never worked, never opened Photoshop elements 12 for me. When I click on the Photoshop icon on my desktop it always says that my trial has expired. It does not recognize that I've actually paid for and can't open the program.

  This is a new feature. It is expected that when you open a new page rather than it is empty it has miniature pictures that you can use as links to open the pages that you use frequently. The content of the page can be customized.

  It is easy to turn the feature on or off, click on the small grid gray icon top right.

  More permanently, the feature can be disabled if you prefer. Also note if you use the private browsing mode pages can read is not put in a new tab as a thumbnail.
